awesome controller. Tons of features and very easy to program. Love the case charges the unit when resting.

I actually like the original Xbox Elite Controller. The original one is more resilient than the this one. The back buttons to control the triggers both broke off on the first day. It feels cheaply made. Whatever you do, please make sure you buy the warranty. It is worth it no matter the cost because you will need to use it soon. With that being said, I will say the controller does feels good when I’m holding it. It is just cheaply made and easy to break.

This controller is well worth the purchase. It replaced an older model and works better than expected.

Was great while it worked for about a year! Rear side paddle went bad, buy the warranty!!! Had NP doing an exchange for credit!

Easy to set up, the color combination looks great! You can also change the color of the xbox logo being lit up

like it. a little heavy, not bad. had to get use to the paddles. i like the different profiles i set up for different games. going to buy another. i use it for elden scrolls. like the charging case

I love this controller. With the ability to map out every button makes it easy to play the games with the set up I like. And with 3 different custom saves, allows me to play different game types without constantly going to the options menu.

It’s definitely a good controller, but price is steep - I guess if you don’t have a good mouse and keyboard then it makes sense.

Much better than the previous version. A little more expensive but you get what you pay for. The whole thing feels solid and sturdy and comes with lots of ways to adjust to your liking. Buttons and paddles feel great and the “charging dock” is a good addition.

Will continue to buy this controller from Best Buy because it is the best Xbox controller and because of their 2 year warranty.

Best decision I’ve made in a while hands down the best controller out there for customization up your game get you one don’t be like and wait 2 years.

Hands down the best controller wouldn’t even consider going back to the basic controller models . Give you an advantage playing since you are able to adjust any of your buttons & is also PC Friendly !

While the price may be steep the value you get with this controller is unmatched, with the app it is easy to get how you want it and make it your own. If you play enough and are willing to pay the price tag it is a great well made product.

I like the feel and look of the controller but it has a few bug that still needs to be worked out i feel for the price it should be flawless and work perfectly out the box
