Love all the new details added the elite controller.

I bought it one month ago and I'm to satisfied with it.

Once you get an elite controller it is hard to go back to a normal one. Paddles are responsive and convenient. Get your game on with a competitive edge.

I love it, it doesnt seem to have the thumbstick drift like the original elite. Only thing I dont like is the new paddles, they are just a little too small for my liking.

This controller worked as well as the new one I bought a year ago

This controller is awesome! All the different button changes that you can make is almost endless. I love how I can change my trigger pull with the app. So cool!!!

I have the first one. I have the white one, black and I wish one day I can get my hands in the gear of war one. Hands down best controller on the market. Go Xbox box

Great controller, I can’t go back to primal controller not enough weight

The control is easy to customize and comes with adaptive triggers, buttons and D pad. Best purchase. Series 2 comes with rechargeable batteries and USC Type C

The items wasn't new even tho that's what it was sold to me as. Definitely refurbished. Settings for back paddles already had presets installed and the xbox light was dim. Also had brown dust on the grips and had brown/orange crush all by the charger port. Luckily they allowed me to return and get another one. Which is the other one I'm going to leave a review for after this one. If new great product, sold as refurbished should be ok. But a refurbished shouldn't be sold as new, very suspicious in my opinion.

Had a Series 1 Elite. Luckily, bought the Best Buy replacement package based on recommendation of the employee ringing me up. Broke in less than 1 year. Returned to Best Buy and again was highly recommended to take the money instead of a replacement as Microsoft hadn’t made the units any more reliable. Went several years with just a standard controller but always missed the upgrades the Elite offered. Upgraded to an Series X console on February 5 and decided after reading reviews on the Elite 2, Microsoft seemed to have developed a reliable version of an Elite controller. Today, June 23rd, roughly 120 days from purchase, the left thumb stick made an awful sound and now is stuck. It does not return to its “neutral” position when left go. You can feel it is rubbing on something or the spring broke. It is completely unusable. Riddle me this…Microsoft has $50-$60 standard controllers that I still have and use for all my consoles…360 Elite console, Xbox One console, Xbox One S console, Xbox One X console. I’ve dropped them, thrown them, spilled food or drink on them, covered them in the hand gunk from heavy use and they ALL still work pretty much flawlessly after what a decade in some cases? But Microsoft wants just under $200 for a controller that can’t last more than 120 days??? How is that even possible? Save yourself the hassle, if you buy the replacement policy is a MUST! It WILL break!
