Pretty sure I’m the one that is supposed to put on the paddles. Plus the left thumb stick had some residue around the inner ring

I returned and got a different one 6 times and all had the same issues. Finally got tired or having to return them and got the Razer Ultimate which does not have this issue. Couldn’t be happier.

Get the warranty. Something will break on it. I have had 2 series 2 controllers. First one made it just a little over a year. The second only made it 6 months until I needed to replace it. Now, Best Buy is sold out online and in store. Who knows when I will actually get a replacement.

For being in "excellent " condition it sure was bad

Then after the 90 day warranty, the RB button failed completely. The left thumb stick started to drift as well. For this hefty price one would think that this is a premium product. Sadly it fails on that front

LB and RB are prone to breaking

I'm disappointed in how these controllers always seem to give out with either of the buttons listed, a shame really.
