Excellent controller, my boyfriend loves it and uses it always!!

All the sticks and paddles come with this controller. It feels great in your hand.. until you start sweating then the rubber will slip a bit, obviously. Still a great controller. Definitely not worth 200, but its nice.

Purchased as an open box and couldn't be more satuafied. The controller feels very nice and the little travel case it comes with is also high quality. I use it mostly for my computer but sometimes take it with me to a friends house to use with their xbox.

Xbox elite 2 is the best feeling controller. Nice rubbery feel and nice weight.

The controller is good quality, would like the LB and RB buttons to be more durable, but that is not Best Buy's issue.

This is a great rechargeable controller option for Xbox. I do wish that the paddles were included with each controller. It seems like a miss to charge extra for those on the side. Controller performs well, and had great battery life.

Bought this controller back in 2023 to play MWIII and its held up since. Black ops 7 is on the way and i still plan to use it.

Love the extended play time when fully charged. Nice solid design with plenty of ways to program for specific games.

Works perfectly and arrived without any damage, easily my favorite controller out there.

Much better than the stock controller the Xbox came with. Especially with the rechargeable batteries

Love how you can Customize your buttons to the back paddles easily through the app and plenty of joysticks and able to tighten the joysticks and accessories to find the one you like. Did get stick drift relatively fast but I do use it a lot.

Great controller! I like the customization of the button layout and joystick movement options. make for the best gaming experience. Good placement for paddle buttons with XL hands doesn’t feel awkward. Great Buy

The controller feels really good and the chnageable stick are very nice but the controller like any other is susceptible to drift after a while and you would think with how much it costs it would last longer than a normal controller.

It feels alot better when i hold it compared to regular controllers and if your a comp player then youll love the mouse clicking setting on the bumpers

I love this controller,Best on the market.First controller I had to return it because of a bad A button,The second is fine.Maybe a little better QC Microsoft.Every $179 controller should be perfect out of the box.

I absolutely love the feel of this controller. The weight is perfect! It feels like a quality piece of equipment. I don't use the extra toggles yet, but will as I become more familiar with it.

pretty decent controller. accidentally spilled water on it and it still works. the customizable paddles are good and it can be used and customized on the pc

I originally had the original Elite controller, and upgraded to this one after I had multiple issues with the original. I did have my first unit eventually develop stick drift issues, so I took it in and was able to get a new one. So far, I have not had issues with the replacement after several months of daily use. I still wish we could map keyboard keys to the back paddles for things like Push to talk bindings in games. I've now become very attached to the option of swapping out the analog sticks for something is a better fit to my style.
