Much better fit to the hand vs the original control from an Xbox one. Best Buy did an amazing job at answering all of my questions did so with a positive attitude and huge smile. Kudos to Microsoft for the remote design and Best Buy for thir amazing service!

It takes a little getting use to the paddles underneath, but once you do you will not want to go back. Cons - it seems to not be as quick to respond as it states. I play a lot of CoD and it seems to have a slightly slower response time than a $180 controller should have. Overall - I like it. I wish it were a bit less expensive, but it is a nice controller.

I brought it back for a replacement and it works great. Worth the money for a great gaming controller.

I play call of duty modern warefare on the xbox and i wanted an extra perk. This control allows me to configure the paddles to slide, duck, laydown and jump without having to move my right thumb. If you are good enough or get use to using the paddles you can fly through the game. Its fun to innovate and change up the standard experience in these games. I would recommend it if you have the money to upgrade your controller.

The battery life lasts for a long time, the grips, triggers and everything else just feels very comfortable in your hands. I definitely recommend putting the geek squad warranty just in case you have an accident OR if SOMETHING else happens....
