Best Bluetooth controller to play with Steam Input and take advantage of the additional paddle buttons.

Purchased for my son that had been wanting one of these, it wasn't on sale, however I used my Best Buy points for a discount. My son loves it & says it's awesome

Good quality control, doesn’t come with back paddles, no big deal here but if looking for a true elite control not this in.

This controller gave an undoubtably edge and was a fantastic upgrade from the old elite controller. The RB and LB on the original popped out on me and a few friends. Haven’t had any concern with that with the new one. Love the rechargeable battery and the charge stand in the case.

Phenomenal product. Batterie life is outstanding and the overall feel and quality is top notch.

So I LOVE the elite controller. It’s great to use, has great features, and feels so comfortable. Definitely prefer it over the regular controller. I have had 2 in the last 3 years though because it is known for how easily it gets stick drift. I basically only play FPS (apex specifically), and the stick drift happens randomly and seems unfixable. Luckily, there is a warranty with microsoft for this so you can repair it but you shouldn’t have to repair a $200.00 controller that is always taken care of (placed in case every time after use and never dropped).

Love this new controller. Much more responsive. A little bit heavier than the normal one that comes with the Xbox, but feels to be much better quality.

I was able to pickup an open box item. Like new with all the extra part. The ability to customize different functions makes the extra cost worth it.

The controller I got came with slight scratches and some white stains on the rubber grip. Maybe a Microsoft quality control problem and not Best Buy. I've had 3 of these and not cuz I've had to re buy them due to defect. My controller works great but it does have the almost usual Xbox controller problem of the A button not working right unless pressed directly down. Theres an app in the Xbox that lets you customize the controller inputs, profiles, Xbox button led color and even test for stick drift. A warranty is a must for this controller due to the chance of it becoming defective and a $60 2 year plan is better than paying nearly $200 every time you need a new controller. Charge time takes over 4 hours but battery lasts around 30 hours. Stains easily due to the coating used on the shell. So finger oils will eventually leave the controller looking nasty.

Had everything in the box that was included. Firm grip, everything it was suppose to be was.

Buy the warranty. This is my 3rd elite 2. Phenomenon controller but they get stick drift after months. The second one I bought did not even get much use and got it. Best Buy has been great with honoring the warranty at least.

I like the paddles but it took me time to get used to them. The controller has been disconnecting at random times every few days not sure if something is interfering with the signal. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

One of the best controllers out there. I use this to game on PC and console and it works very well. The buttons are sleek and they dont get stuck like some cheaper controllers I have bought. Would definitely purchase again.
