Customers are saying
Customers express satisfaction with the product's great overall performance, impressive battery life, and extensive customization options, along with its comfortable feel and good weight. However, a significant concern among users is the prevalence of stick drift and issues with button quality, particularly with the bumpers and A button. The price is also a point of hesitation for some.

Overall great!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the controller and all the customizable things but my stick is already drifting. Get the protection plan for sure! The internal battery and the 40 hour battery life is my favorite part

Good controller , minor issues
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Controller is great and i would definitely recommend on buying one over any controller ! But after 6 months , my left stick is getting a lag when I walk backwards playing zombies or multiplayer on Cold War , good thing I paid for my geek squad coverage !

Great controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To begin inuse this for PC gaming only, i tried the PS5 edge controller and the xbox elite 2 by far is better for PC. Easier to sync up and most pc games use the xbox layout. It feels very durable and of good quality.

Great controller NO charging case though
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality worth it for the price over the standard controller. Just know this one does not come with the case or any paddle.

Warranty is awesome!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got xbox elite series 2 yesterday! Love the feel, the extra buttons, and mainly the warranty! I have had issues with thumbsticks / sensors wearing out in the past on regular xbox controllers, but Microsoft's warranty covers it with this controller!!!!! I am so happy and can not wait to really get grinding with this controller! I initially was going to purchase a Scuf, but after a great review I watched on Youtube.com (Scuf vs Elite series 2), I asked to cancel the order and asked for a refund and headed straight to Bestbuy. Even though Microsoft covers it for a year (and you can buy 2 additional years), i opted to by the warranty through the GeekSquad for 2 years, because they would replace it immediately (and i would not have to wait to send the controller in and wait for one to be sent back).

XBox Elite Missed the Mark
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was not a fan of this controller for one reason. First, the feel, fit, and finish is good. I wanted this tonwrk with my PC as I still enjoy using a control for AAA style games such as God of War, Last of Us, etc. Helldivers is good on controller too. For some reason though, this connected wirelessly to my PC had such lag I could not stand it. I also purchased a Playstation Edge and tried that, and it is a much better experience. The battery sucks on the Edge, but I have instant response. Not sure if the XBox Elite controller I bought was a dud, but I do see this being returned alot. Shame.

Faulty Thumbstick
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having the paddles is very convenient for any shooter game. The controller definitely has a premium feel to it, but my left thumbstick was faulty and I had to return it.

Shame *ding-ding... SHAME
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sick of it. Firstly, the stick tension is uneven. There is always one side that has more slack than the other, and there's a slight deadspace that is taken that you can feel it gently dragging before engaging the track pad. Secondly, the button registration. This was my 3rd try at the elite 2 since it came out and I'm done. The A button in particular (sometimes others as well) WILL NOT register soft presses that aren't directly over the button. They have curved buttons, it doesn't work out well. You have to Mash the buttons if you want consistency. If you play for hours at a time this starts to hurt your thumb joints. The buttons also have varying tension as well. The one I got had a stiff X button while the others weren't. Does that sound premium to you? Just stick with the regular controller. It's very reliable and was well tested before manufacturing, these not so much. They need to figure it out

recommended!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are looking for a pro controller that is easily adaptable and has a long lasting battery, this is the controller to get. Most buttons are replaceable, there many ways to customize, easy to change configurations, you forget don't have to charge as often.

Good open box order
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had ordered this as an open box to save some money and was really suprised by how good it truly was. It was as if the previous owner only used this for about a week before they returned it. I will definitely be buying open box products in the future.

Solid controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm still getting used to having the paddles on the back, I was hitting them by mistake. So I took the 2 big ones off and only use the 2 smalls in the top slots. What I like most is the versatility and options. It's solid and the battery lasts so far.

Professional Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this controller! I have bought 2 now. I play alot and a normal controller will start drifting for me after like 2 months. I had my first Elite Controller for over 7 months. It seriously feels like a professional controller

Much better then the old controllers
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really works great, much easier to play with then the old controllers , but is on the expensive side. The down side is if you need a controller for your friend to play duels their stuck using the old ones. And having to keep both new and old around just Clutters the place up

Not worth the price for KNOWN issues
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used it for 2 days and buttons are sticky and the wireless connection is bad. This is a known issue that microsoft is aware of, this is not an issue with best buy, but with the product. I will be returning and getting a normal controller. This hassle is unfortunately not worth the price. I live the weight and the build of the controller, the ability to adjust the stick stifness was a prime selling point for me
