Best controller I’ve purchased! Hands down best controller I would recommend for anybody…

I finally managed to talk myself into getting one of these and I have zero regrets. The construction, weight, and responsiveness of this controller is awesome. I love how I can configure it and the weight and feel of it in my hands when I am playing.

The controller itself is awesome, but it breaks super easily. I've bought 2 of these controllers this calendar year and both give out after like 2-3 months of regular use. RB/LB stop responding or respond multiple times for each press. The A/B/X/Y buttons stop responding. This controller is great for the first 2-3 months of use, but both of the controllers I have bought have broken down after a short period of time. If you are going to buy this controller, make sure you get the warranty so that you can return it when it does break down.

Feels sturdy and high quality. I like the options for configurations. I just hope its has better longevity than series 1...

This controller feels great in the hand, has excellent features (hair triggers and custom profiles) and excellent accessories but has one massive dealbreaker. It won’t register 1 out of every 5-10 button presses. Initially I thought it was my fault. “Maybe I’m still acclimating to the new controller and not pressing the button properly”. I know that’s a stupid thought but when you buy a $100+ controller, surely that can’t be the source of the problem. Well, it is. Google it. You’ll see it’s widespread and there’s no fix. Microsoft support will tell you to update the controller firmware. That’s nice but never once had that made the problem less noticeable. If you bought directly from the Microsoft store you’ll be able to send it back to them for a warranty replacement. That’s good I guess.. but should there really be so many forum posts about replacing $100 peripheral? Ok, so how bad is a few missed key presses? Do you play shooters? Imagine doing everything right and taking your time to set up an ambush only to get wrecked because your controller literally said “ lol what?” My recommendation, skip this altogether and spend money on a ps4 or xb1 controller and use them with the usb cable. They’re lightweight, familiar in the hand and they’ll listen to you.

This controller os of top quality and feel. It does not come with the back trickers but you can add them. Be sure to plug it in and upgrade firmware beforw using it

Does it's job well. I am a little bit larger (6'4) with larger hands and it fits comfortably and feels well. Responsive and put together well.

This controller feels great! The texture grips help keep your hands on the controller! The rear buttons make it better for multiplayer games so that you can also be slightly ahead of your enemy!

After hours of gaming you still have amazing grip on the controller and I like how you the back paddles are able to switch or be left off to your playing style

amazing design enhancements. definitely what every competitive gamer needs to use. the case is top notch and looks great on the entertainment center. the quality is second to none and the custom features make me want to play every game over again.

This thing is a monster! I immediately noticed a completely different change in my gameplay with this remote. The thumb sticks are all cool and the paddles are dope. Very happy with the remote and would recommend to freinds!

Fairly decent controller. Had drift after several months and had to contact Microsoft for warrenty repairs. Microsoft upper their warrenty time frame to a year from purchase.

Only major issue is that windows does not like connecting to xbox controllers via Bluetooth I just have a lot of issues. Otherwise this is a great control, lots of customization, and the vase and magnetic charging mount are great

Love this controller! My son had spent more money on other types like a scuff controller and it broke in a few months this is a great purchase for competitive gaming!

Controller is great but tends to lag and joysticks get stuck sometimes but I’ve had it for almost two years and it’s been good so far after I fixed the joystick from being stuck

I thought this controller was a little too high in price. You should remember that but after using it in messing with all the features I really like this controller. Great for 1st person shooter games

I play PC only really & rarely play on controller but I’ve been wanting a controller for a while & finally decided to grab one & you can’t go wrong.
