The design defect with the "stick drift" is more than real. I've had this for less than a month, but the stick drift issue came about almost 2 weeks in. The characters move on their own and there's no way to stop it in the settings of the control. I reached out to BestBuy and they can't replace it because they don't have an adequate stock supply. (According to the customer service rep). So I guess, they have an adequate supply to sell, but not to replace defective ones? It's a poor catch-22 for such a reputable company.

So far so good. I do find that it would disconnect 1 out of 20 times during use

Works well with pc bluetooth just remember to connect to steam settings

The controller is not connected it startes to move on its own. The vibration doesn't work all the time. When you disconnect the usbc it act up.

Got here quick, let’s see if this one can stand the test of time.

Great controls totally recommend this device specifically

I recently bought this controller for the xbox as an open item, the ticket said it was in excellent condition and that means that it works and looks like new, I purchased it at a nearby Best Buy and took it home, when i opened the item it looked like a dog chewed on the controller plus several items were missing, I tought to myself that maybe i made a mistake and it was a way more than poor condition item, it was actually an item that shouldnt have been sold, on top of that the controllers serial number didn’t match the box that it came with, so someone swapped the boxes or the controller in the store and they put it on the sales floor like it was all good. Im not saying that all the open box items are messed up, im saying that a big company like Best Buy should have their employees retrained and pay close attention to what they are putting on the sales floor and don’t accept any trade-ins that are in horrible conditions.

Excellent tool if you are a gamer trying to get the most bang for your buck.

Good not great, break easily. Had them replaced by totaltech warranty but they made a hassle and did not want to exchange for a new unit. Did get a new controller with the warranty at the end.

Best controller I’ve ever bought . Little bit of a learning curve if your coming from a regular Xbox controller but once’s you get it down it’s hard to go back . Really gives you and advantage

Haven’t used it it, bought as a gift. The 1st series was a hit so this should be too.
