Very happy with the elite series 2 core controller its impressed me alot with all the features and i will be getting another one soon!

When i was looking at the box in person it was obviously previously opened since on all sides on the back, it was secured with invisible tape, and it didnt have the plastic hanger piece used to hang the box. those are obvious give away signs the box was opened, however i still purchased it thinking i would get an open-box deal. however when i got to the cash register and explained the box issues, i was still charged full price! all because the employees didnt put a "red open box sticker". i told the cashier that it wasnt new, because if it was, it wasnt going to have invisible tape holding it together. she still told me that THEY were the ones that put the tape on it, since it was "rubbing against" other boxes. i just took her excuse and purchased it, since it was the only one left at the store. when i got home, i opened the box, and the charger was missing! and there wasnt even any paperwork about the controller at all!!! yet i was still charged full price since it was "still new. no use in adding photos since i already purchased it and took it home, but i will return it and exchange it for a real "new" one.

I love the material and the way it feels and the design.

I bought this controller about 5 times already. This thing breaks very easy. You don’t even have to drop it on the floor. I suggest you get geek squad insurance for this controller if you buy this

Not worth the extra money. Bought before Christmas last year and already have bad stick drift (upward movement of right stick without pushing it up). Bought this controller because I figured it would last longer than a standard controller. Not the case and now need to purchase another controller.

Amazing controller with so many customization options.

The store shipped me a item in fair condition,i thought okay it might have a ding or two and work completely fine,no when i open the package the controller looked like it had been sitting in grease and who knows what then half the buttons didnt worl and when you shook the controller it sounded like a maraca

This controller is great when it works. But don't think that the $200 price tag means that the components used are of superior reliability. The thumbstick on this controller broke just 13 months after purchase, which was one month outside of warranty. Microsoft charges $100 for you to get it fixed (replaced), with an 11-14 business day turnaround time, unless you want to spend another $10 and may get it sooner (I've tried this before and they didn't do it any faster than standard). It's junk. Don't waste your money unless you want to dump money into it every year when it breaks.

My son's 3rd "Elite" controller. The other two stopped working making the $60 protection plan not only necessary but also basically part of the "cost" of the controller. Hopefully, the 3rd time's the charm!?!

Sleek design great feel this is a replacement for my all black elite 2 that has an internal issue so for now this controller is great!

Love all the controls. Very sturdy and good quality.

Looks slick, feels comfortable and is really good..until the triggers stop functioning properly so make sure to get the extended warranty if you play a lot of shooters.

Ergonomic design for great gaming experience. Does not connect to Samsung QN90B smart TV. Disappointing.

I play games for a while, and when I first bought this I didn't use it I played keyboard and mouse, after a little while I wanted to try it out and after a month (if that) the bumpers tend to click more than it should. I'll click the bumper once to switch to a different weapon and it switches like 3 times. I dealt with this for a while, it gets me killed constantly, and as time goes on it gets worse but still dealt with it. But now, the right trigger is falling apart too now. I use trigger stops at the maximum level and both the triggers were perfectly fine, then all the sudden it felt like the right trigger's stopper started to break because it would weird sound and it wouldn't stop like the left one even though they were at the same level it felt like the right trigger stopper was in the middle and the left one was maximum but they weren't... Once again, I dealt with this for a while and moved on until it had another dang problem... THE TRIGGER STOP SWITCH POPS OFF THE LEFT ONE.... like how can a controller break this easily... I legitimately babied this controller and its just falling apart in all aspects, would love a refund but unfortunately that can't happen. Learned my lesson to get at least 1 year warranties :/

I like item very much i would definitely buy this item again if i am in need of controller
