Apparently a massive defect. Microsoft finally acknowledged huge issues and extended the warranty, but you have to mail it to them and wait months for a repair. Horrible customer service!

The one I bought stopped being seen by my Xbox one as soon as the battery died. Less than a week. Xbox wouldn’t even see it plugged into the USB port. Save the money & just buy a regular one. I’ve also read the suffer the same drift issues as a regular controller. Thumbs down.

Never again.

Waste of $180, please do not buy this Scuff controller you will regret it after a couple hours.

The switches on the back for the triggers also broke very easily. I sent it back to Microsoft for a replacement and the exact same thing happened again for the 2nd time. Would not recommend
