As I opened the item it looked great. And in good condition. But upon use and checking diagnostics through the xbox accessories app. Found that it hadn't been thoroughly check for problems. And had a right bumper button that was not functioning or reading on the system itself.

The controller turns off during intense sections. When I tighten my grip it turns the controller off during play.

[Employee of bestbuy] dont purchase the protection plan.they updated the policy to where you have to send off the controller for “services” no matter the issue… no more easy replacements.

Its a white elite series 2 with no paddles. If i was you, id buy the black elite series 2. Youre gonna spend the same buying the paddles and sticks.

The bumpers lost their responsiveness so I returned it.

This thing broke within the first five months. I do not throw, slam or even drop my controllers. The right bumper stopped working first, then the left. The only reason I haven't used Best Buy protection plan yet is COVID. I would not recommend this controller to anyone.

I love this controller but unfortunately the right trigger always starts to stick. I've literally had it since sept 18th n it is a month n a half later n its sticking once again. I take excellent care of it n never have sticky hands at all. Just another crappy product

Great controller except for the fact that it already has mechanical issue with thumb stick drift. For the price it should be much more reliable. Can’t say I would recommend it (I didn’t buy the extra warranty figured it was a solid product and didn’t need to spend the extra money) .

Very poor made product already has broke nothing really good to say about the remote.

This thing is horrible I thought fortnite and change the aim assist but it was the dead zones on this controller are junk went back to my old Elite controller and play great course I didn't figure it out in time to take it back now I'm stuck with this piece of junk

Very easily the worst product ever made. These are pushed so hard as they are the best and ong elite! But make no mistake these are hot dog water not even joking

Once again had to return them both. Not Best Buys fault totally Microsofts. Although from Best Buy I ordered them online paid 10 bucks for shipping just for them to both not work properly, returned to store got main money back just to be out 10 bucks....what a waste.

my thumbstick went out doesnt go up and down at all

Had it for a year and the bumber started sticking then wouldnt work until pressed hard enough. I clean my controller everytime its been used and it still just slowly started breaking.

2nd one in 5 months both stop charging with cord…after the first one that lasted 4 days I was extremely careful with the cord and it still will not connect…

Missing the interchangabke Dpad and sticks. What a joke

You accept broken controller literally took it out the box and the trigger and the sticks barely works

I bought it refurbished i know! But few parts specially the usb cable were missing.

Do not buy for Windows 10/11. The controller takes over mouse movement mid game, causing the mouse input to ti this does not happen with the non Elite controllers.

DO NOT BUY this controller. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Nothing but a paperweight with a carrying case. Defective literally right out of the box. The left thumb stick gets stuck and doesn’t return back to the default position.
