It is a great choice for all of your gaming needs and helps you make those accurate shots when needed. It is comfortable in your hands which makes for a nice playing experience. Nothing wrong with open box especially with Best Buys ratings of the pre-owned products. Customer get something they want at a cheaper price than retail. If it’s not to your liking they will still let you return the item.

It has a really nice weight and feels sturdy. Haven't had issues yet. But I got the protection plan because I heard there are a few issues

I got this on sale at 130 with total geeks squad protection. So in my opinion worth every cent.

It has many functions beyond the standard controller, it's heavy duty and solid and it's working exactly as he hoped it would. We've only had the controller for about 2 weeks but we're hoping it lasts for a long time.
