I purchased it thinking that I could remap the triggers to be any keystroke that I wanted on the PC. Indeed, it is possible to do this, but you must purchase third party software at an additional cost to do it. The Xbox Accessories App only lets you remap the triggers to a button already present on the physical controller. I think this is a big oversight.

Unfortunately, when connected to a Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth, the Xbox Accessories App cannot detect the controller and won't allow for remapping. To get around this, we recommend using a wired USB-C cable or investing in a Xbox Wireless Adapter. The feel the buttons the triggers, everything is more solid. The only complaint i have is when playing COD it was drifting bad so had to adjust the settings. Shouldn’t have to do that out of the box
