Nice controller. Heavier than the default controllers. Great battery life. Had trouble with my rb button. Return was more difficult than expected. Even as a best buy total plus member, i could only return through microsoft. They did fix and send back though. Seems to be fine so far.

The best controller on the market for Xbox or PC. Build quality is great, has good weight to it, love the lack of cables and shiny appearance. But... How does a controller this expensive have so many issues with the buttons? Not even a week after buying this for my Jedi:Survivor play through on PC, it registers the "A" button about 9/10 times. Now, that sounds like a nitpick, but consider making a jump in a platformer ONLY 9/10 times by no fault of your own, after paying so much for a controller. You either need to press down HARD or press down perfectly nadir for it to register every time. Totally unacceptable for a controller of this price point. Why is it still "good"? Everything else is beyond wonderful, except the "A" button which many other users have reported issues with. Had it RMA'd and done custom fixes, nothing works. MS just had a poor "A" design I guess. Get it if you have money to spend and hope for the best. Or like using the paddles which work very nicely. Otherwise, I recommend the standard version. I have one too and has zero issues.

my old controller was about be on last leg cause it kept freezing up and act like I press scroll a few times up and down so it was time to throw my old controller in the recycle when I got look at demo of this controller and feel and touch it got to say its comfortable to hands what sold me that has battery build in it so didn't have put battery I using on my old controller so that's plus if it last longer then battery I had on my old controller it will be a plus but its worth paying extra if you play a lot of xbox games and other stuff I chose this one cause I was think if I get another regular black controller is going give me couple problems in coming years so didn't want take change so I went with this one but does anyone know how change color on xbox button on this controller if any one can tell me I appreciated if last me long time I will think about buy another in the future when it breaks

When you pick up this controller quality is the first thing you feel. You know this is what you paid for. The heaviness, the quality, the perfect textured grip shows the Xbox took this controller to the next level. Even better than the first generation of this controller. Then to top it off, you can add custom button mapping to Each button even change the color of the Xbox logo. Everything from customization to mapping is just a nice touch.

The elite controller is great, I've had a couple of series 1 and 2. I would recommend the protection plan, the controller will break in some capacity, all pro controllers are infamous for this, whether it be stick drift, grips pealing, broken bumpers, or broken charging port, something will eventually go wrong with it.

The microsoft elite controller 2 is the best controller Ive owned! The grip on the handle is very comfortable, the adjustable triggers and joysticks make it the most personalized controller out there currently!! It’s rechargeability is exactly what XBOX has been missing all these years!! The controller may be a little pricey but in comparison to the stock controller, this controller blows it out of the water!!

Nice weight, solid rubber grip, and love the triggers how they lock up. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive

Hands down the best controller to use for PC gaming or on a Xbox console. 40 hours of battery life on a single charge, plus seamless integration with windows computers makes it very simple to set up and start using. The controller buttons/layout are always recognized without needing 3rd party software and the ability to purchase a small USB wireless adapter makes it all the more seamless. It does everything all the fancy 3rd party controllers does, at a better price.

This thing is amazing. Feels great, textured grips, and multiple customization with thumbsticks. The case is awesome too, you can charge it while it's in the case.

This controller is a game-changer for competitive or enthusiast players who value customization and don't want to take their thumbs off the sticks. However, due to its price and potential quality control issues, it's often recommended to purchase an extended warranty for peace of mind.

This is my second Elite S2 the first lasted about a year and the left stick was broken all the way up couldn't bring it back down. The A button would get stuck down and the LB RB would stick. Keep in mind im retired and I game constantly, well over 90hrs a week, so I'm pretty abusive to my controllers. I would guess about 2-3 years for a normal usage gamer. I love the controller and im going to keep buying them as they break until they have a new model. Its conformable customizable and lasts way longer than your standard edition. Sure its expensive but I think the price is worth it. (Get the warranty)

Excellent controller! Well worth it for the customization alone. A more comfortable and quality controller compared to stock ones.

When I first saw the price on this controller, I said in my head no Controller was worth this money, but sure enough when I opened up the box and finally used this thing I was like omg , and the settings that you can do, I refused to use any other controller now

I like how the controller feels in the hands no matter how I hold it. One down side is that it has the option for paddles, but does not come with them. I do like how you can make the thumb sticks have a tighter or looser amount of movement.

Is a controller really worth this kind of cash? I would normally say no, but this surprised me. Response time, customization, the weight and feel… all top notch.

I bought it when it has sell. I’m very happy with it, premium built. Feel comfort holding in my hand, easily to reach out all the buttons. Doesn’t make my hand sweet for long time gaming. It would be perfect if it comes with the paddles

I only use the elite controller for my pc gaming. The magnetic knobs come in handy
