Defective face buttons

The A face button woukd only register about half of the time. I returned and exchnaged it for tje same controller, and the one i recueved was the sw problem, except it was both the A and B face buttons. Very frustrating for a basic function to not work on a $130 controller. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Expensive paperweight

First, the buttons wouldn't register being pressed unless you solidly hit the center. And then all of a sudden, it stops detecting ANY USB cable plugged into it. So now it can't charge. I have a $140 Xbox-themed paper weight. I'll just stick to the regular Xbox controllers from now on. The "Pro" version is clearly all marketing. Never again.

My friend's RB also stopped working around that time. Controller was out of stock for a long time until today when I finally got my chance to return it. Does my Geek Squad warranty continue for the entire two years I paid for? NO, it does not. Guess I'll have to purchase a new warranty then...oh, now it's $59.99 instead of $39.99? Wonder why? Maybe because I've had to return 4 or 5 of these "elite" controllers. They're just as fragile as the normal ones this has proven not to be a good investment. Did not purchase warranty this is the last one of these for me.
