My friend's RB also stopped working around that time. Controller was out of stock for a long time until today when I finally got my chance to return it. Does my Geek Squad warranty continue for the entire two years I paid for? NO, it does not. Guess I'll have to purchase a new warranty then...oh, now it's $59.99 instead of $39.99? Wonder why? Maybe because I've had to return 4 or 5 of these "elite" controllers. They're just as fragile as the normal ones this has proven not to be a good investment. Did not purchase warranty this is the last one of these for me.

Open box means they bever left yhe store and were never played a game. But looking at the rubber handles and joy sticks uou can see they are very worn. Ive bought 2 of these and briught yhhem back the next day becsuse they were wirn out and returned. New these are the best. Id give them a 10 score all day long
