    I AM SO FRUSTRATED - ORDERED THIS AND EXPECTED THE FST00008 MODEL AND RECEIVED THE FST00001. CALLED AND THEY SENT REPLACEMENT. JUST GOT REPLACEMENT AND WAS PROMISED I WOULD HAVE THE FST0008 AND GOT ANOTHER FST00001. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON? CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT MODEL THEY GOT AND HOW IT'S WORKING . I WANT TO GIVE AS A GIFT TO MY GRANDSON BUT WANTED THE UPDATED ONE -NOT THE OLD ONE!!!!!!

    Great feeling controller, all the adjustments you can make are cool in all but for some reason they refuse to upgrade the internals more. Specifically the buttons as my rb and other triggers tend to go out alot. BE SURE TO GET EXTENDED WARRANTY! Ive been through a few of the first version elite controllers due to these issues as well as random disconnect issues. Now this elite 2 has been doing the same, not through as many as the 1 but about to trade this currrent one back in for trigger issues once again.

    Had to change this controller twice as the buttons stop working. For the price, it should be built better. We are very careful with our items and never had issues with the regular Xbox controllers.
