I take care of my things and I haven’t had any issue with the controller itself

I love the back paddles and they remind me of the steam decks. The thumb sticks are also extremely smooth. These two things together i find myself fidgeting with the controller when watching youtube or otherthings on my PC. I got it to play games on my pc that use controller better than mouse and keyboard like fallen order, lego starwars or elden ring. The software you can download for it also lets you make profiles for it on PC and lets you change the color of the XBOX logo.

It may be my model or just a sheer amount of bad luck but these controllers for me have been very poor in the longevity department. As a fan of the Controller I’m disappointed to admit this but for the price and the reliability is just not worth it. Having to use your warranty to keep your controller in working order is quite annoying. As it can take up to a month before Microsoft returns it repaired or replaced with a new one.

Mine broke because I game a lot and the left joystick finally gave out. Great quality controller compared to other brands that I can't name.

High quality everything down to the rubberized feel. USB c makes this controller something that should last much longer than the original as this was a point of failure in mine.

Switch from a different brand custom controller that started falling apart after 6 months! As soon as I opened this one I noticed the quality was much better! The ease of setting up your custom button profiles and switching between them is amazing!

The only thing I recommend is getting the protection plan since the buttons will wear down pretty fast

I have stick drift already, but i upped my deadzone and its good now. This is my second one. My first elite had massive stick drift. This ones good. The controller feels really premium and i really like the trigger stoppers
