I have been gaming for a long time. This is the first time I have ever bought a second hand ( refurbished gaming controller for the Xbox series X ) My order arrived quickly with the package in good condition. Although upon opening it up. Allowing it to get a significant amount of charge in it. Powered the controller on and I immediately realized that the right bumper was not responding as it should

Unfortunately this was my second purchase of an Elite 2 and same issues. The quality for the price just isn’t there.

Controllers buttons are stuck, barely been used will have to return for a new one

X, Y, A, B buttons are awful. You have to press all the way down and even then, there the press may not register.

Worked ok for first day then stick drift major stick drift like literally the same day I had it

came with a bunch of issues, don't know how this past any test to be sold.

Honestly its not worth it expensive mine cane broken just get yourself a jormal fontrooler save yourself the extra money trust me.

Awesome controller. Has so many different settings to make your gaming experience more competitive. Faster trigger, faster look speed, more precision aiming in shooting games. Highly suggest buying one

I’m on my 10th or so Xbox elite series 2 controller. They are great until they are not, which is why I have had so many. They usually start getting stick drift around 6-10 months in with normal use (avg 3-5 hour gaming sessions about 3-4 times a week). I always get the Best Buy protection and just come swap for a new one after it starts drifting, and just buy a new plan for the replacement knowing it’s going to happen to that one too. Wish they would upgrade these to TMR sticks to eliminate the drifting issues and this would be hands down the best controller to game on.

This an extremely comfortable and useful controller. Unfortunately, the durability is a different story. Stick drift and button malfunctions are extremely common within the span of a year. Borderline UNACCEPTABLE build quality from a $200 controller.

Got stick drift within 3 weeks of barely any use. And thanks to Best Buy taking elite membership away. I’m stuck w a 180 dollar piece of junk

Second Xbox elite controller I’ve bought from Best Buy. They’ve both quit working in some way or another. I don’t believe it’s best buys fault necessarily but yanno

Went through 1 elite series and 2 cores, A button registers less than 80 % of the time in the testing lab. Overpriced garbage

I had an open box item so maybe it was just me but I am a PC gamer and this controller was just a Bit much for me.

I brought this as an excellent open box. This thing didn’t come with the original box or papers, which is ok. Came with just the case and all accessories. The charging cord it came with didn’t charge the controller and didn’t fit in the case to charge it that way. The controller itself was disgusting it was scratched up and filthy. Don’t get how it was excellent condition.

Stick drift straight out of the box. Not worth it. Good controller, but no point if the sticks aren't accurate.

Piece of junk. At least the one that i got. It keeps disconnecting even on a full charge also it’s up to date xbox and controller. Don’t know why is doing this. Planning to change to PS5

The buttons are hard to press and sometimes does not register at all, and does or come with back paddles at all.

Had like 6 of these and within a few days/weeks the bumpers either become unresponsive or double input. Such a flawed design and I’ll never purchase this controller again.

Good product, but the durability is next to nothing. Broke in under 6 months. I buy the extended warrenty on my elite controllers for this reason tho, so it's only gonna cost me $50 to replace and renew the extended warranty
