Off the rip you can tell it is a lighter and smaller controller that the Elite. However this version is a quality controller. I play various FPS games along with some fighting games and well you can imagine these controllers take a beating. I had some concerns about shortcomings with this version of the elite. Outside of the missing paddles, (Thankyou Scuf) for the accessories it has been all up hill. The down side is you can not modulate the sticks like Eswap but that controller for console has its own issues. Anyway I would definitely recommend it and would venture back in to it should I need or better put when I need another one. Thank you BestBuy and to your customer service team. It is awesome being able to be in store and get real time responses to your questions from knowledgeable and friendly people.

A little difficult to get used to at first as you get accustomed to the paddles on the back, took me about a week or so but when you do, it's worth it. Now I dont have to let go of the right thumbstick to press the front faced buttons which puts you in an advantage. Controller feels great in your hands with the rubberized grips. You can easily customize between different paddles and thumbsticks. You can customize how far you want to press the triggers. Overall great controller and worth the price!!

I've bought probably 6 of these things over the years. Some came immediately with stick drift that no amount of deadzone tweaking could fix or adjustment of the tension. If I didnt have the best buy total member subscription, i would have bought a scuff. Yet spending $50 every year or so to replace it has been working.

Controller has been fantastic, I have been using it for almost a year up until recently when I started getting stick drift and even with the customization of the controller I am not able to fix it. I recommend getting the protection plan as the manufacturer's warranty won't replace it.

I was looking to take my gaming to a higher level with some of the new FPS titles that had come out ie: Apex Legends / COD and I wanted the ability to preset and learn to keep my fingers on the buttons to mitigate the time I spent unable to complete important actions like aiming or reloading. The grips on this controller are amazing and the ability to swap out parts so easily is a huge plus. I've used this daily since I bought it and have seen little to no wear or lag in the aiming dead zone.

If you buy this, you might as well buy two, or absolutely have a warranty. Sturdy and definitely improves ability, but it's a roulette whether the controller will gave stick drift out of the box or not. If you want to shell out more money, get a SCUF

BEST CONTROLLER AVAILABLE! The lack of hall-effect joysticks is disappointing, but Gulikit holds the patent on using them in controllers. Near infinite customization, better bluetooth connection with Windows PCs, and good battery life. It got me to use my PC more, instead of relying on my Steam Deck or ROG Ally.

Love these remotes just wish Microsoft would’ve fixed the stick drift issues these tend to get. Doesn’t help that I’ve seen break downs of the remote showing the same joystick design in both this premium remote and their basic remotes.

I play FPS and sometimes I get stuck drift after a year or so. It's great to have insurance on Best Buy's products and the replacement is always super smooth and easy. Best controller hands down.

I was umm skeptical that a controller costing this much would feel like it was worth the scratch. I'm a enjoy the game at my own pace kind of gamer. So buy a controller like this? Well it's just better quality for one. Being able to shorten the top triggers is a great feature for when you need to button bash through a boss fight. I've only had this controller a month so I can't speak for it's longevity but so far I'm happy I invested.

Definitely a sturdier and better feeling version of the Elite Controller than its predecessor, but these controllers still do tend towards defects and issues. You will not regret getting this controller, it's incredible, but you will regret not getting it with a replacement plan. Do yourself a favor and experience this amazing controller with the peace of mind of knowing that if something happens you can replace it.

I love this controller. Great fit for my hands. I bought this to replace an older Elite (4 years old) that was having some issues. I signed up for Best Buy Total before I bought this one.

This is an amazing controller. All the buttons and triggers and extremely responsive and it feels just right in your hands. It is slightly heavier than your regular controller but not too heavy that it becomes uncomfortable to use. The customization options are excellent but I personally don't need them. Perhaps if you game professionally it might be of use. You can also remove the buttons at the back, which I did since they are not needed for my casual gaming. All in all, awesome controller.

Best controller sub $200. While Scuf controllers (among other brands) may have slightly better build quality, the price-to-quality is arguably better in the Elite 2 Controller. All the accessories are very well-built and the paddles are great.

Would be great if it came with a tall rounded or non grippy stick. Its very heavy, which some ppl find as a positive but the thing is a brick imo. Bumper switches feel way worse than the oem and the paddles are cool and will definitely improve response times in gaming but the integrated ones on the scuff or turlte beach are way more comfortable for everyday gaming.

This is PRICEY! You get what you pay for in this case though. This is the best controller out there by a mile.

Great controller feel good great battery life no connection issue on console but some Bluetooth issue with pc
