My husband plays video games a lot so the remote gets used and abused. The remote usually last him about 8 months until it starts to have issues. So GET the warranty. For some reason he loves this remote and will only buy this remote. I don’t play video games so I’m not sure how durable remotes are suppose to be, but he’s gone through a few of them. The warranty isn’t cheap but it’s cheaper than having to buy a new remote every so often.

Solid controller. Good Paddles. Reliable and great feel to it

Got this for my adult son who always bought his own equipment since he was in High School and was proud of it. I repaid his hard work and dedication to his college studies with this top of the line controller. He is extremely happy with it.

Truly the greatest controller ever designed. Weighs 2 to 3 times more than the other controller but when it comes to things I handle yhey have to survive usage. This controller is durable, effective, has trigger locks and multiple button presses

I love this elite controller. It has some weight to it but feels great to hold onto. This is my third one, because once you get one, you will never go back to the other.

I have an xbox elite series 1 and it came with a nice charging case and extra accessories and the paddles. This was an open box item in so called "excellent condition and it doesn't have the paddles underneath or extra parts or the charging case. Very disappointing, but the controller does work and looks nice with my Xbox series S.

Owned this controller for 2 years now no problems highly recommend it worth the price.

It has a nice weight to it, i love that it gas a built in charging. I just wish it came with the other accessories as it is missing stuff that you need to order seperately.

I LOVE THIS CONTROLLER! It is a great quality product worth what you are paying in the long run just by saving you money on AA batteries! I completely recommend this and buying the warranty as well, because you never know what could happen but it will and they do a good job at replacing your stuff with their warranty. I fully recommend!

I was a on the fence when deciding to purchase the Elite Series 2 because I've seen tons of feedback about stick drift but Im glad I went through with the purchase, with a few tweaks in the settings to make the stick not so sensitive I've experienced no stick drift. The build quality is top notch and a huge improvement from the first series!

I like the reaction time and customization you can do to your playing style

This is my second series 2 elite. So i advise being careful, because the joystick can be prone to drifting. Other than that it feels wonderful in the hands. It gives an extra level of precision and feedback. That once you've gotten used to it there is no going back.

I like the durability and easy adjustments but its a bit heavy. Not too bad for the price. I just wish the bottom paddles were placed differently since I'm used to playing on a Scuf. I find it too easy to accidentally press the paddles with how I grip the controller. Over all a great controller!
