First controller I bought had a joystick that was crooked, (open box special) upon returning they quickly swapped me out for one that was not defective.

[Employee of bestbuy] Great controller and it comes with many accessories that allows any type of player to maximize their play styles. Controller feels heavy and has amazing grip.

My controller gave me an advantage in games. I felt powerful destroying my enemies. They couldn’t stand a CHANCE!!! Will buy again if it breaks. Thank you elite controller.

Great controller and has a lot of functionality. Only conplait is the price. Not worth the price. Would be better buy at a cheaper price.

It was hard to justify 180 dollars for a controller. But once you hold, and feel, and play on an elite series 2 controller. It will be worth every penny.

Great out of the box but has not withstood the kids abuse and use. Have had to had geek squad check it out twice in a short time. This Would likely last a long time with adult use. Added functions are amazing and customizable. Get the geek squad protection!

Our nephew loved his birthday gift! Not to mention, the young man that helped me at the Merrillville location was so friendly and helpful!

Love the controller. Love the feel, the customize the joysticks, the the "clickyness" of the paddles and, middle button. What im not a fan of is paying this much for a controller and already having issues. My buddy also experienced the same thing as me when you click the bumpers the controller registers it as you clicking it twice and this is very frustrating. i tried it on a couple separate games to see if it was the game and it was in fact the controller. I even tried testing it while hitting them slowly to make sure i wasn't hitting them twice myself. I am waiting for Best Buy to be in stock again so i can get my exchange and hope i just got a dud. Very unfortunate.

Amazing, my husband loves his controller. More speed, great design, soft touch and longer battery life. Working on other settings to be implemented. Too busy working!

I have an xbox elite series 1 and it came with a nice charging case and extra accessories and the paddles. This was an open box item in so called "excellent condition and it doesn't have the paddles underneath or extra parts or the charging case. Very disappointing, but the controller does work and looks nice with my Xbox series S.

I have these congrollers and love them. When they go on sale for this much, I grabbed another. Just in case I ever needed one. That’s how much I like this controller.

Yes it's expensive for a controller but totally worth it compared to the older elite controller. Build quality is so much better with no glued on grip pieces like the older controller, ability to customize stick tension, and durable materials. After using the elite controllers it's a serious downgrade using regular xbox controllers again.

Excellent product!!! I bought this as an open box item and have had zero problems with it!! The controller is awesome and the customer service was excellent.

Amazing for my gaming wish the mechanical aspect would last longer than a year but what can you.

Great controller for mapping tasks on the paddles. Makes gaming extremely easier. FPS games is the best with this controller. If set up right you never have to move your thumbs off the analog sticks.

A great second controller for my XBox. It works very well with not problems

This new controller is fantastic. It has lots of extra features not available on the regular controllers and the battery life is amazing
