Great controller, I can’t go back to primal controller not enough weight

The sticks font click in as good as a regualr Xbox remote. I know the stick shape is changeable but they just feel to smooth? Like im alidding polished metal against eachother. Im not sure how to describe it lol

Better ergonomic design, fast and easy to use. As a long-time Xboxer, I appreciate new and better updates with relevant features and this fits the bill!

Replaced the original game controller with elite. Game play is much smoother as a result; espically trigger/shooter. Worth every penny (got it on sale).

Right out of the box, glitchy and not a smooth response.

Had a Series 1 Elite. Luckily, bought the Best Buy replacement package based on recommendation of the employee ringing me up. Broke in less than 1 year. Returned to Best Buy and again was highly recommended to take the money instead of a replacement as Microsoft hadn’t made the units any more reliable. Went several years with just a standard controller but always missed the upgrades the Elite offered. Upgraded to an Series X console on February 5 and decided after reading reviews on the Elite 2, Microsoft seemed to have developed a reliable version of an Elite controller. Today, June 23rd, roughly 120 days from purchase, the left thumb stick made an awful sound and now is stuck. It does not return to its “neutral” position when left go. You can feel it is rubbing on something or the spring broke. It is completely unusable. Riddle me this…Microsoft has $50-$60 standard controllers that I still have and use for all my consoles…360 Elite console, Xbox One console, Xbox One S console, Xbox One X console. I’ve dropped them, thrown them, spilled food or drink on them, covered them in the hand gunk from heavy use and they ALL still work pretty much flawlessly after what a decade in some cases? But Microsoft wants just under $200 for a controller that can’t last more than 120 days??? How is that even possible? Save yourself the hassle, if you buy the replacement policy is a MUST! It WILL break!
