Try to get a replacement didn’t have the same one in stock when I did the replacement ended up getting another one that was supposed to be the right one, that one just was nowhere near the same at all, so I tried to strange for the third time… long story, short…:; it was a pain in the butt

All of a sudden i notice everything im clicking on isnt working, the RB is going off repeatedly even though im not touching it, and the toggle developed a double scroll of some sort where i couldnt click on anything in the menus since it would rapidly skip over 3+ options. Hoping to return and try another one, but if thst one is no different then i give up.

The features are GREAT ! ! ! I did have to exchange the 1st one I bought with a new one though... the "A" button was not working correctly.

Enough said. I will add that it looks and feels great in your hands, but so does my other Xbox controller, which I can charge on a Microstand charging stand on my desk, which looks great. This controller charges with a USB-C charging cable or in the carrying case. Either option is not as elegant as the stand I place the charger on, and it looks great. Also, the batteries are built-in and, over time, will need to be replaced, unlike other options that have access to the batteries. I knew about the reported issues with this controller but hoped these might have been correct but in my case, it doesn't seem so. Disappointed and returned.

However, I bought at the excellent condition open box price and the remote has pieces rattling in the inside and it did not come with the case, charger, paddles, and other accessories that are supposed to be included with this remote. They shipped it as a Elite 2 core remote. Thumbs down
