    Replaced 3 times. each time had issues with the Y and a button not being able to be pressed. stick drift out of the box. a joke for the price

    Im pretty sure i got a defective unit. The Bluetooth would not connect. I tried a few fixes i found online but nothing worked. I have a ps5 controller and a couple of other xbox controllers all of them worked fine over Bluetooth. The controller feels good in the hand and its good quality. The back paddles are great. It worked fine if i plugged it in with the provided usb c cacble. But i paid almost 200 for a wireless control i expect to be able to use it without wires. Returned it. Thankfully best buy has hassle free reurns. Gotta love em.

    this aged poorly, at least for me. out of box it worked well enough, with the only issues being sticking keys. I've taken pretty good care if it this far, putting it back in the case between uses and never mishandling it in any way. now, however, the bumpers require HARD presses in order to get any kind of response, the ends of the hair trigger locks have fallen off, and the d-pad has began to stick. I was hoping that in terms of durability, this would be able to outlast the factory controller shipped with my xbox, especially when this is nearly a third of the price I paid for my console, but it seems that that isn't going to be the case.

    Didn’t like that you had to buy the back paddles, never opened the box to use it because I had to purchase the back paddles

    Worst controller I ever bought had to return 1 that the b button stopped working got another one 2 weeks in and it has horrible stick drift worst purchase

    Miserable product, buy the BB warranty

    Broken right after warranty was up. Microsoft can care less. For something that is used so much you would hope they would engineer it better. Moral of the story here, for this specific product BUY the BB warranty.

    This controller not only amplifies your game, but your ability to be quick and fast and reaction time due to the fact you don't have to move your finger it is absolutely amazing

    Over time this controller has continued to had problems. For the price I would expect the controller to last longer that 6 months. Won’t turn off and the left thumb stick does not properly function.

    absolutely horrendous quality control. First controller immediately went back due to the "A" button not working correctly. Second controller has the exact same issue and feels like it was put together by the loose goose foundation to boot. Not driving back to best buy to deal with this one going to send it back to MS and hope they can send me another $200 that will actually function correctly. I went through 5 of the Version 1 elite controllers due to various buttons breaking straight out of the box or within a month or two of use. This company makes the worse products I have ever used period.

    Buttons stuck, returned it. Tried using for several days hoping it would break in, buttons never improved. Also tried using rubbing alcohol. Very disappointed.

    Arrive out of the box with a sticky A button. Button would literally be stuck in the down position. Returned for refund. Great job updating the elite controller Microsoft!

    works well but once you hook up a headset you can hear the headset BUT if i hook up my headset to the cheaper model controller i can hear.. sucks that i spent this much to not hear but whatever

    Bought this as a open box thinking it would be a good deal and it wasn’t the right side joy stick is broken and Best Buy refused to take it back even though the review on it was in like new condition.

    I had to exchange my product for a new one 5 times, sticks came out all with drift, really a shame. It's sad that it is a good design controller but with such low quality materials

    I'm very disappointed to say that this controller is an absolute piece of junk. We have 2 of the Series 1 controller's and they held up with lots of game play for a very long time. The only reason why we purchased this controller is because it was to be a better, upgraded version of what our son already owned. We have him the Series 2 controller for Christmas (4 months ago) and at this point, the left joy stick has completely stopped working, the back bumper no longer works, and at this point it's just a very expensive piece of decor. We have not received what we paid for, that is for certain. Would love to return it!!!!
