    Thumb sticks have terrible stick drift right out of the box. And randomly turns off mid game first initial start of the console only, if you click the right thumb stick in too many times while pressing other buttons. But can be fixed by plugging it in and unplugging the controller. (Very strange).

    Please controllers are built like trash if you drop them from 2 in they start to break. Build quality is awful

    Can't use my Warranty

    I have owned this controller with a warranty for about a year and a half now, and it has been out of stock for nearly the past 7 months, it came back into stock for like a week but then it was out again. Meanwhile other stores like Microsoft and Target have had it consistently in stock for the past 2 years. So annoying! The reason this matters is because my left stick has gotten a drift and is now unusable after just a month of receiving it!

      We're sorry that there's an issue with your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller. This is the Elite Series 2 controller that was released in November 2019 so it's possible that you have the first generation Elite controller, which has since been discontinued at Best Buy. We suggest reaching out to Best Buy directly for information on how to fulfill your extended warranty with them.

    Not worth the price at all.. Joysticks go bad very quickly and are very loss to begin with.. I wouldn't recommend this product..

    I love and have had every elite controller at this point but the durability of them has gone down hill. My last 2 didn't last two months. Left bumper broke on one and the rubber covers on my latest one fell off. To top it all off I bought the warranty knowing there temperamental. But when I went to use it my replacement was "lost it the mail" and they had to refund me. Still haven't got my money back or a replacement controller.

    Purchased on release date, 2months later power button is broken causing controller to turn off itself every couple seconds. Even when using a charging cable. Purchased product replacement from best buy and they have been sold out for months and associate at the store said no idea when or even if they are getting more. Go with other brands or get a replacement warranty with a store that will actually stock them when you need to replace.

    This high end Xbox controller died in under a year. I’m 65 and I only game a few times a month so I’m beyond disappointed. I build my systems (ex IT tech) for myself, family and friends. So as highly recommended as this controller was it’s hard to believe it died in under a year with only minimal use.

    Breaks all the time.

    I love everything about this controller except for the fact that the thumb stick L3 button breaks after 3 months. I keep having to return it to best buy and pay another $50 each time for the protection plan everytime it breaks. Ive had 2 that had the Right bumper break and 2 that had L3 button break. 4 broken controllers $50 each time to get a new protection plan, $200 total thats ridiculous!
