    Spent $220 on this controller plus the protection plan. Left joystick gave out 3 months in. Can't use product replacement with zero stock available since a long time ago. Tried shopping open box for now only to have that order immediately cancelled. The listing is there but it's not actually available.

    There was a dent in the controller, and there were crumbs in the case. This is my second negative experience with Best buy open box, do not recommend.

    Sucks. Microsoft controller keep disconnecting during critical battles. Not all the time, but enough for me to upgrade to a ps5.

    the Y button on the controller does not input correctly, making this my 2nd faulty controller i got since launch. The previous lost its clicking on the right joystick and left bumper broke on it. I'm returning this hoping to get a Scuf controller that's better. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING

    The controller itself is awesome, but i was supposed to get next day delivery. It was then rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Not happy with best buy.

    Dead zone makes it unusable

    Two controllers, both with massive dead zones right out of the box. Stock controllers have less dead zone. It is not worth the money since Microsoft could care less about the issue.

    Good controller if you already own an elite and have the bumpers/thumb sticks However the bumper issue STILL exists with these controllers and not even two months after purchase, the left bumper maybe works half the time Immensely disappointed in Microsoft’s inability to figure this problem out.

    They must use poor bluetooth modules on these. Had to return three in a row. Bluetooth continuously disconnected on both PC and console. I even bought a bluetooth dongle and had no luck.

    The controller turns off during intense sections. When I tighten my grip it turns the controller off during play.

    I work offshore, bought this to game while away, a week after getting it, 2 buttons stopped working. Cant refund it due to not being home to send it.

    Left stick drift within 2 months of ownership. This is my 3rd and possibly last Microsoft build controllers because of them breaking. I have not dropped or mishandled any of my controllers. I don’t have good strength in my hands so I’m certainly not man handling them.

    1 month in right stick failed. Had 3 series 1 replaced under warranty in one year. Never did any of them fail inside of 1 month. Dont waste your money.

    Its a white elite series 2 with no paddles. If i was you, id buy the black elite series 2. Youre gonna spend the same buying the paddles and sticks.

    As I opened the item it looked great. And in good condition. But upon use and checking diagnostics through the xbox accessories app. Found that it hadn't been thoroughly check for problems. And had a right bumper button that was not functioning or reading on the system itself.

    This thing broke within the first five months. I do not throw, slam or even drop my controllers. The right bumper stopped working first, then the left. The only reason I haven't used Best Buy protection plan yet is COVID. I would not recommend this controller to anyone.
