I do not throw, slam or even drop my controllers. The right bumper stopped working first, then the left. The only reason I haven't used Best Buy protection plan yet is COVID. I would not recommend this controller to anyone.

I've literally had it since sept 18th n it is a month n a half later n its sticking once again. I take excellent care of it n never have sticky hands at all. Just another crappy product

For the price it should be much more reliable. Can’t say I would recommend it (I didn’t buy the extra warranty figured it was a solid product and didn’t need to spend the extra money) .

Not Best Buys fault totally Microsofts. Although from Best Buy I ordered them online paid 10 bucks for shipping just for them to both not work properly, returned to store got main money back just to be out 10 bucks....what a waste.
