Do not order, roommate did and was sent an obvious return that was missing items. These are not new. Saw someone else saying the same

It never says that you only get the controller no paddles or nothing else don't recommend this to others.

Input lag is really bad. The analog stick adjustment is also very bad. Overall just a poor controller

Extremely disappointed. I bought an "open box controller " which was advertised as the following. *"Geek Squad Certified Professionally Cleaned Looks brand new Includes all original parts/accessories." It was not even kind of clean, it had FOOD particals on it, pizza or spaghetti sauce, and greasy finger prints... it was DISGUSTING... and i will be returning it...

came broken and had to send it back… i was so excited but now i can’t use it sadly…

This controller keeps disconnecting plus my analog and d-pad moves without me touching it... i never dropped the remote nor got liquid inside of it and its brand new smh

STOP SCAMMING US MICROSOFT. Why do you charge so much for thee worst made controller on the market? im on my third because they only last about a month before gooing to COMPLETE CRAP IN EVERYWAY POSSIBLE.

I don't care what anybody says but the quality socks I have had it for 1.5 years and magnets consistently are weak and with subtle movements the prices fall off so don't buy this remote.

Product breaks easily and needs to be replaced constantly.

Sticks are very wobbly/loose feeling. For the price of this, it feels extremely cheap.

Already broke and buttons don’t work right. They stick and controller does it’s own thing.

On my third BRAND NEW unit. First 2 the “A” button just straight up does not work.

I'm not joking when I say I have gone through 3 of these controllers, and I don't even game that much. It is always the same two failure points: 1. The RB button stops working and loses all tactile feeling. 2. The left analog stick develops a dead zone in it's 12 o'clock position. Pressing the stick forward registers no movement in game and you must bias it off angle for it to recognize any input. All 3 I have owned have all been plagued with these same two issues. These have been out for many years and Microsoft has done nothing to remedy the consistent failure points. It is extremely disappointing, considering these controllers are the best on the market in terms of function, but what's the point if they break?
