Elevate Your Gaming Experience
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First and foremost, let's talk about the design. Microsoft has really outdone themselves with the Elite Series 2. The controller feels premium in hand, with a sturdy construction that exudes durability. The textured grips not only provide a comfortable feel during extended gaming sessions but also ensure a secure grip, even during intense gameplay. As an avid gamer, I'm always on the lookout for tools that can take my gaming experience to the next level. The Microsoft Elite Series 2 Wireless Controller is one such device that has truly impressed me. From its sleek design to its customizable features, this controller is a game-changer in every sense.

Best controller I’ve owned
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like how customizable this controller is. All though it’s a lot cheaper than the regular elite controller and doesn’t come with paddles you can buy a set and still spend less money than buying the elite. Amazing controller I am not disappointed.

The Elite controllers are a must have for anybody
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All the bells and whistles are nice, but the main feature are the paddles on the back. Being able to jump or crouch without taking your thumb off a stick is game changing(pun intended). The biggest issue is the actual quality. These things aren't built to last. Buttons stop working, grips peal, the paddles wear down, etc.

Awesome Controller
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best controller I’ve had so far. I had tried it once while playing with another cousin of mine and had a great impression. So I just had to have it. It’s certainly pricey but worth the purchase.

Play with a stock controller is not possible after
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ever since the first elite controller dropped I couldn’t play Xbox again with a regular controller. The grip the touch the feel the feedback everything just feels luxurious with this piece of hardware I wish the price would come down a tad but you gotta Pay To Play can’t live without it highly recommend it.

||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have purchased a Xbox elite controller months ago, and I love the customization that I can do to have the best experience with games! It’s geeat but its my 5 or 6th one
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you buy this make sure you get the warranty for it. At best it’ll last you a year . I never dropped it or banged it and they all eventually break but it is the best controller when its working. What ever model you get they’re all the same but the white one is the cheapest and the warranty for some reson is almost half as the elite or color choices . Best way to buy is get the white one with accessories from scuff with the warranty.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I got the elite controller I never went back to the regular controller, for first person, shooters I use the paddles can’t go back to using the regular buttons on those types of games and it feels good in the hands.

Xbox Controller
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is what I've been wanting for the longest time as it offers wireless charging and not needing a battery back. It is easy to customize the controls, triggers, and paddles. It is also nice to have 3 different profiles, if you want to use it as a normal controller you just make sure the profile icon is off. When the profile is off that's the only normal way to take screenshots, so seeing a designated button would be much better.

Greta controller
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The back paddles make it easy to play without moving your fingers off the sticks, the adjustable triggers feel great, and the battery lasts a really long time.

Worst quality control and internal design!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL;DR You will go through multiple controllers because of abysmal quality control unless you are extremely lucky. Would be an incredible controller if it actually didn’t have such issues. Don’t waste your time or money, it isn’t worth it in the long run. While I bought the original Elite controller and purchased the Series 2 soon after release, about a year in I noticed there was an issue with the A button which would occasionally double register, completely stop registering at all. This obviously is a huge issue. I had several issues with the original Series controllers so I figured this one would be better. I was wrong after receiving the first replacement. It was okay for the little bit I tested it, except a crack in the Xbox Home button which could cut a finger. So I returned it for a replacement as soon as I could get back up to the store. I received the replacement today, one of the only ones left in the store and was a ecstatic to be able to play some of my favorite FPS again on a controller that doesn’t hurt my hands as much as my PS5 controllers do. About 10 minutes into a match of Halo Infinite to test it out, it became apparent that I could not press in the left thumb stick while at any other angle besides up, down, left, & right. My previous Elite Series 2 never had this issue, so I contacted technical support at Microsoft who deal with controller related issues. I was told to return it immediately as it is defective. I noticed my Series X/S controllers also do not have this issue, just a side note. As someone who has to drive a distance to even reach my local Best Buy and also pay tolls to get across bridges, this is infuriating at the lack of quality control that Microsoft offers on their products. I’ve owned several Xbox controllers dating back to the Duke (the original Xbox controller), and besides the original Elite controller have I seen quality control so shoddy. They should fire whomever engineered these controllers, along with the engineer and product designer for the wireless headset (the mic will always break off after time due to poor placement of a screw and soft plastic that bends till it breaks if you ever press the mute button or god forbid move the boom mic in a different position). I love to support all hardware companies, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, even Valve. But this is a product that I can not recommend if my life depended on it. If you are fortunate enough to receive one in perfect condition, count your blessings. Because after this ordeal, I doubt I will buy any more “Elite” Xbox products, having sunken $420 into their 2 TB SSD, 1 TB SSD, 3 regular controllers, a Series X & S, and another headset after the first one’s mic fell off 3 months after buying it and was told by Microsoft that it’s common but there is nothing they can do. Steer clear of this unless you have the time and means to keep trying if you receive lemons like I and many others have.

Open box….hmmmm….
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an open box controller that is listed in excellent condition on the website, and also on the label which is on the box. Best Buy‘s website, it states, item sold in excellent condition. Include all accessories. Well the controller did not include all accessories. I opened the box and I was greeted with the controller, however, no USB cable. Now don’t get me wrong. I know this might be a little nitpick, but if you’re going to list something as including all accessories, please include all accessories. Trust me I have more than enough USB cables lying around the house, so this is no major concern of mine. My concern for this purchase starts with the label that is on the box. Yes the label states excellent condition. There are however, three labels in total on top of the next. The original label states the controller is in satisfactory condition. The second label the controller is in good condition. And of course the final label states excellent condition. Well my issue is this if you’re going to change out the label take off the old one. Because now you’re gonna have a bunch of Customer scratching her head as to what were you guys actually hiding. The price difference between the three different condition levels is very negligible, I think maybe four dollars at the time of writing this review. I will say this the controller is in very good to excellent condition. Yes I saved roughly 70 bucks by buying it open box, and for that, this purchase receives four out of five stars.
