I like that you can adjust every aspect of the controller. Very responsive.

If you bought a controller first time. Buy the warranty and renew controller warranty every 1.5 years. Basically get it for half off. Beats buying a brand new controller.

If you’re a regular gamer, this is the most comfortable, and durable controller you will ever need. Very easy setup, and customization options. Ive had mine for over a year, use it 30+ hours a week and it still works without a problem. Amazing

I love this controller & i love the warranty that best buy offers for it. I only give 4 stars because of little things ive noticed. They do eventually get stick drift but again warranty, & then theres the issue ive had with 3 in a row of the rubber grip starts to peel up after a little while. Another personal gripe is i have big hands & it wouod be nice if the spacing for the paddles was better. It is very difficult to use all 4 with larger hands. Atleast in my experience.

Best controller on the market for the price. Its worth every penny. I havent had no stick drift like the regular controllers bring you after a month.

this is just sweet! very high end controller compared to the basic one or even the Elite from a few years ago. I love the grip and handle. the charger is well designed. it has four extra paddles in the back which I am sure someone knows how to program, but right now are preset.

I can now crank 90s. I wished these had better endurance but these controllers are awesome.

I love the controller. It has a nice tight grip around, the controller is a little bigger than the normal controller which is nice because normal controllers are too small for my hands while this one, is the perfect size for me. The paddles on the back is so useful for when gaming

extremely good controller I love the elite controllers the Microsoft has made but these new ones are mind blowing. I wish they came with a case like my black elite series 2 but that’s not that big of a difference still get a great controller built to last with a great battery

Very nice controller! Good response and love the multiple options for the paddles. Has an ergonomic grip and nice texture. The case is nice as well.

This controller is well worth the money! With the customization funtion you can always change with your game style. Also the grip on the sides feels very comfortable. The best part is the charging case which charges your controller while also protecting it. Definitely would recommend!

As my title says, this controller is very comfortable in my hands. I have bigger hands so that was important to me. The weight is perfect and it pairs right up with Windows 11 without an issue.

Pretty good affordable aswell if you want a elite style controller battery life is great and since i had the elite 2 black controller i had the bumper sticks for the back and it dosent have drift problems like the black one did so its a win

This controller is much better than the series 1. I especially like the adjustable tension of the joysticks. No problems with stick drift like the last series. Only complaint I have is the A button sticks occasionally and there is an inconsistent pressure it takes for each paddle to trigger. Overall it is a complete upgrade from the standard controller!

Definitely better than the first model. Not having the share feature is a bummer
