Love the pieces being held magnetically and the Bluetooth capability. The option of easily switching between devices (PC to Xbox vice versa) with the push of the same button twice is something that I never thought I needed.

The overall feel is good, it doesn't feel cheap. But the A button sticking prevented me from gracefully climbing into my favorite camping spot in Modern Warfare. It sticks down every 4 to 5 presses. Now sold out so swapping isn't even an option, might just upgrade the grips on my elite 1 and push it back into service. Revisit this controller when the kinks have been worked out.

Yes, this is a great controller, but it still has insidious defects. Purchased in July of 2020, and now 5 months in, the left joystick drifts constantly. After further research I discovered that Microsoft has begun manufacturing a “improved” version of the same controller (model FST-00008) versus the FST-00001 version. The model I received is the latter. Most people who have purchased this seem to be experiencing the same issues. I have the Best Buy protection plan, and intend on replacing this controller when Best Buy gets it back into stock, and am hoping for the newer version.

The control is the best you can buy but if you do play a lot it will only last just under a year before control drifts and everything

Best controller you can buy. Being built out of metal gives a nice weight and feel that I prefer over any scuf or standard controller

Love the elite series 2 controllers. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t come with the accessories pack anymore. You have to purchase that separately.

These controllers are amazing and can really take your game to a different level.

I’ve had to replace atleast 5 of my Elite controller series 1 for one reason and one reason only. Terrible bumpers. Luckily I always had geek squad protection. I was hopeful with the release of this controller and thought they would up the quality of ther high-end controller but I was disappointed. After about 2 weeks the bumpers became extremely inconsistent and started to register 2 clicks instead of 1. You can imagine how annoying that would be in a game of fortnite for example. If you’re looking to buy, I highly, HIGHLY, suggest getting the geek squad protection plan because 9/10 you will need it.

This is a great controller but the only issue with this is the rb and lb sensors get dirty and you have to open the controller and clean it

The ability to change the thumb sticks make this a real upgrade although the paddles on the back take time to get used to.

Greatest wireless controller ever!! Forget the price and just buy it!!!

As most Xbox controllers, stick drift comes fast and is unavoidable. Outside of that, it’s pretty good

Very nice hand feel, reserve side buttons a nice touch. Feels good in hand even after a couple hours of sweaty palms. Comes with extras like a charger, but not really needed.

Got it for my boyfriend. He loves the controller and might get me one. Its just exspensive. But the amount of settings you can change and add ons you can buy for it are cool and useful

Great quality, the thumb pad is awkward at times. I would recommend replacing that with the plus button one

For a 180 controller they need to have a longer manufactures warranty. The feel and precision of controller is amazing along with battery life. However shortly after the 90 day warranty expired the left analog stick doesn’t recognize going up until like 5 seconds later. There is no physical damage , but when you go to x box accessories app it shows delayed to none reaction when calibrating controller. So be careful with this purchase because the internet is riddled with complaints on this controller.
