I purchase this controller has an open box excellent condition. My order arrived late and the controller was not in excellent condition, it had marks and scratches all over it and the RB button wasn't responding I took it to my local store to get it replace because I had bought the 2 year warranty and I called customer service and they told I could take it to my store and get it exchange. After arriving at the store they told me they can't replace the item because they dont have any open box to replace it with and they can only refund the item and the warranty only allow replace if there is an open box to replace it with and i would have to call customer service if I want a discount towards getting a new one and I have call customer service over 5 times and transfer over 10 times to be hang up on are told they're sorry there isn't they can do but refund the money.

Feels like quality, but garbage "under the hood".

Sticks start drifting. Feels nice, like quality, but under the hood, this controller is garbage. Low quality switches that wear out and stop working within 3 months to a year. I have four of these controllers, each have major issues. Two have been returned and repaired but now they each have at least one button that only works 1/2 the time again. Don't waste the money, unless your a casual once in a while player. Might last okay if you play just a couple times a week.

It started out and a amazing controller coming from a regular one and as time went on it’s functions became comical. Once out of warranty form Microsoft it’s bumpers would be non responsive and then the back paddles wouldn’t click and finally the triggers fully quit.
