I’ve gone through multiple elite controllers and now two core controllers. Same problems on all of them. Maybe my grip strength needs to calm down, but the more likely option is multi connectors within the controller that allow the actuator button to break off after a period of time.

My only complaint is that I lost my capture button because it was replaced with the profile swap button, and I have no way to remap it. But the ability to use one of the paddles as a function key, allowing the other buttons to have dual uses, depending on if the function button is pressed or not, made it not that big of a deal.

Got this baby in pretty fast Best Buy was great all things considered but the product came defective out the box. Now I dont know what the process is to return this now that COVID-19 is upon us, but I’ll tell you guys what was wrong out the box. The A button is non responsive a lot and it’s frustrating when I press it to no avail. The controller always disconnects from my Xbox everyday for a random moment. I love the elite controller idea but part of me thinks I should’ve went with a different company like scuff or Astro.

Good Controller, Bad Paddles

The bottom left paddle button came loose right out of the box, and this is the controller I got in replace of the first one, which had bad bumpers. I hope I did not get a refurbished device....
