Purchased Nov 22, now it's Aug 18th at the time of writing this. Less than a year of ownership the RB button is now failing, it doesn't register a button press about 70-80% of the time I press the button. Previous Elite Series 2 controllers had these issues, however, I gave the benefit of the doubt when buying the "core series" hoping that they'd fixed this KNOWN issue, they didn't. Sadly, now this is my second almost paperweight Elite Series 2 controller with a broken/dying RB button. For the price of these controllers you'd think they have a highly build quality, they don't sadly. For those seeking a controller but play games that heavily use the shoulder buttons (RB/LB) don't waste your money on the Elite series, just buy the normal controllers. Now I resort to using one of the backpaddles to function as my broken RB button.

This controller is incredible. My first pro and got it at discount. I don't even bother with my 3 other xbox controllers anymore. Great premium feel, back paddles are useful and love customizable features and great carrying case!

It’s worth it. If you liked the series 1, you’ll love this series 2.

It’s exactly like the non core version minus all the accessories no charger base either. But if ur just replacing ur controller all the other accessories work perfectly

Best controller so far. It’s really different from the original controllers.

After playing 1st person shooters with an elite controller there is no way I can go back to using a standard controller. Being able map buttons such as melee, spotting crouching & jumping improved my game performance. It makes such a difference not having to move my thumb of of the thumb stick

my son loves this product. It is a little bit expensive but worth it

Feels great but i already have stick drift and I’ve had this controller for about 2 months. I don’t heavily use this controller and I still got it.

Upgraded from series 1 to this series 2 and wow. Fantastic all around.

I have owned the elite 1 and now the series 2 elite. I can confirm the best controller on PC and Xbox has been supplanted by the newer model. The build quality is top notch, button response perfect, joysticks have no drift, and the joystick tension adjustment is amazing. The carrying case now has a charging dock also. I recommend this to anyone looking for the best.

It's a pretty good product. I just wish there were better directions for setting up the controller. The box didn't come with directions. Thank god for youtube

Hopefully these last longer than the first gen. So far so good.

It worked perfect then all of sudden the right bumper started to be unresponsive. There durability is kinda low.

Great controller, love that you can get it without the extra buttons but then have the option to add those later. Also love that you can change the color of the light behind the home button.

Had one this is a replacement. I liked it so much I bought it again.

This was my favorite controller for years until I needed a replacement recently. They obviously changed their manufacturing because I exchanged it 6 different times and every single time each controller had the exact same issue. The left thumbstick is completely chalked. Can’t even move it in a circle smoothly, it gets stuck and sometimes it doesn’t even detect movement at all. Again, 6 different controllers from two different locations had this exact same issue. It’s like they know they are pushing out broken controllers but just don’t care lol

Came in perfect condition. works like it’s brand new even though we bought an open box option.
