[Employee of bestbuy] Mine seems to have worse battery life than my elite series 2 full kit (not core) does. Works fine, but battery seems terrible

Love the elite controller, also was a huge upgrade from the old elite with the rechargeable battery and a charger stand in the case

This controller was one that I had my eyes on for a long while. After finally receiving it, I was a bit disappointing at how similar it feels to the other Xbox controllers. Besides the excellent controller grips and color, the thumb stick sensitivity is like the regular Xbox controllers. Xbox controllers in general have a bigger gap when it comes to precise thumb stick aiming than PlayStation so it was disappointing to see that the elite controller is the exact same when it is advertised as being able to set your thumb stick sensitivity. This is nowhere near the same sensitivity as Returned after a few days of testing.

Just got this controller and it works great everything I wanted. And I love how you can adjust the joy sticks. Definitely recommend

This is a great controller, the feel, the function are great. Only is that knocked down to 1 stars was the A Button. The A button consistently gets stuck. It does not take long for it to return to normal but when you are in the middle of game, a sticky button could be the difference between owning the game and getting owned by the game. I am going to return it, as it is unacceptable to pay close to $200 dollars for stick button. I know I am being harsh but, if you have paying this much money for a controller, you would expect excellent quality control on the part of Microsoft. I have the first series and never had an issue but I can't say the same for Series 2

Amazing product, would recommend to a friend! I have had no issues with it, it fits my needs.

This is my second controller, and it tends to wear out as you use it. I would recommend a credit card that adds a warranty or pay for a warranty for when it breaks

I love these controllers but they do tend to break easily from regular usage. Make sure to buy the insurance.

It’s actually a really good controller love everything about it only thing I had a tiny problem was with after 3 months the RB bumper stopped working it can be easily fixed but just hope they fix that soon on these controllers

One of my favorite controllers. The thumbsticks eventually lose the tight feel and the right bumper will not consistently take inputs due to wear and tear. Despite the negative, I love this controller.

It’s a great controller and it works very well, only thing I wish they would do is make all the buttons light up.

I was really excited to get the controller. Looks great, feels great, was very disappointed. Every time I pressed the A and Y button I had to press very hard if I didn’t it would not register. This happened very often. The button did not get stuck it just would not work correctly. After having this issue I did some research and found a large amount of people having this problem even after exchanging for a new controller. I returned for a refund and will just use my regular controller. If they can fix this issue it would be great, but this is a deal breaker.

Hands down my favorite Xbox controller they do tend to have a 2-4 year lifespan though

Best purchase yet , makes gaming so much easier. The keys are smooth and flawless and help keep an edge on combat gaming

One of the best xbox controllers I've used much better than the first elite. This has not had the issue with the rubber coming loose like the first elite.
