Great product, wish they would last a bit longer but i know BB always got my back with total tech protection.

You'd expect an Elite Series 2 to be top-notch. Sadly it's just another over-priced piece of crap that won't even last 6 months. After 5 months of average use I started to notice a consistent forward drift in the left stick, and it's just gotten worse and more prevalent in the month since. So bad I can't play competitive online shooters at all anymore. Terrible waste of money. Wait until Microsoft has ironed out the kinks I guess? Or just don't buy their crap hardware anymore. So disappointing for the money. What sucks the most is otherwise it's a fantastic controller. But drift is an unforgivable deal breaker in what's supposed to be an elite, professional controller. Just saying it's elite clearly doesn't make it so. Save your hard-earned money.

It is very easy to use and is high quality and doesn’t break easily it has fell 26 times and still works

I had a series 1 elects controller and it didn’t last long. Bumper, stick drift and grips all started to become an issue a year into using it. I had hoped that the series 2 controller would be more durable, but not even a year into using it I’m already needing to replace it due to bumpers sticking and stick drift. And no I don’t play bumper jumper

This controler is awesome i love it.it feels great ,love that you can adjust the trigger buttons and sticks.

So far its been working great for me. Returned the first one I bought because the X button wasn't registering. But this one haven't given me any issues so far. I'm loving it

Playing games such as COD, HALO, etc are much easier to be competitive with this controller. Fully recommend.

Didn’t know the sticks are magnetic which is very cool, fast and reliable.

Mapping couldn’t be easier. I love the taller right stick that is interchangeable for FPS’s like COD. Adjustable trigger depth is a nice feature as well! I use with a Series X console.

My son and his father both love how precise this controller is. Easy to hold and setup.

Comes with interchangeable pieces and a greta carrying case. I have tried it, and it is truly amazing. smooth play and lots of added features that serious gamers want out of a contrller.
