A totally different one that is supposed to be in better condition. Why am I complaining? Because the controller that’s in “great condition” is broken and badly stick drifts along with the rubber grip peeling up in the corners.. honestly this company is a massive pain to deal with so I just took the loss. NEVER SHOP WITH BEST BUY. Also not to mention they broke my car in geeksquad and it took them a year to pay me for the damages but that’s a whole different story.

I use it almost every day and I love it more and more each time I pick it up. Grips are amazing, overall build is great and I don’t have any negatives.

Makes racing and shooting games alot better. Well worth the money. I spend the money on a 3year replacement warranty so no worries if something does happen.

Terrible Quality Control

The first one I bought had some weird glue-type stuff on the joystick so i returned it for another one that had a joystick that stuck to the sides right out of the box. Reviews online state that these basically always break within a year and with the cost of this controller being $130, there is just no reason to get this.

Extra "flappers" underneath so you don't have to release the thumbsticks to jump/reload. Adjustable tension on the thumbsticks. AWESOME

I would give it a 5 but everyone i have purchased always has a problem thank god for the protection plan but great 3 different programing settings for the paddles great for COD, if you are a total tech member definitely buy or atleast get the protection
