Have purchased two of these controllers, both have had the exact same right bumper issue that has manifested in just a few months of light use. It is packed with lots of nice features, like the stick tension, paddles, adjustable trigger actuation, swappable sticks and pad. however none of this counts for much when fundamental aspects such as pressing a button either doesn't register or registers multiple inputs. I expect much more from such an expensive product.

Xbox yet again builds a piece of junk! Do not buy these overpriced controllers. They are cheaply made and will need replacing within 3 months. This is my 6th Xbox Elite Controller in 2 years :( The thumbsticks will wear out within months EACH AND EVERY TIME! Not to mention the bumpers and buttons will all have issues as well. Xbox made it so it's very hard to replace the parts yourself. Save your money and buy just a standard controller. If you try to use the warranty to replace or fix your plastic junk of a controller, you will be without it for over 3+ months. DO NOT BUY THIS CONTROLLER!!!!!!

Takes a little tinkering to figure out your play style, but it gives you lots of options and the rechargeable battery and case is nice

This is a top of the line controller. It works great with the Xbox Series X. Great maneuverability and functionality.

The best part of this remote is the hair triggers that you can set it to. . Very well done. And a lot smaller

This was for a young teenager with expensive taste. He is tough on controllers. He is enjoying this one and it performs accurately.

Very nice but buy warranty;), if not youll regret it, overall great product to buy.

It was ok... not worth the price. Toggles are nice but not necessary. Build quality is no better than a regular controller, it's just heavier. Overall maybe worth like 20-30$ more than a regular controller but not 100$ more.

Apparently the issues with the bumpers failing has not been corrected. After only 3 months of less than 3-hours a day of play my right bumper only intermittently responds to inputs. I have since found out this is a known issue for this product. Without the ability to purchase a protection plan to cover this issue I would not purchase this product and even if there was a protection plan offered that covers this issues I would be hesitant to buy it. If Microsoft corrects this issue I'd probably have rated this product with 5 stars, because excluding this major flaw the controller is great and vast improvement over it's predecessor.
