My bumper went out about a year after I purchased the controller. If you want it some so very slight casual play, get it. Other than that I would find a different third party controller.

The first 2 were defective out of the box and now the 3rd one is having bumper issues. For something so expensive it should be made better. I have older controllers that cost $60 that still work fine. Save your money or get an extended warranty.

Bluetooth pairing to laptop is horrible. Random disconnects, buttons doing double actions, and at times would just stop responding all together. Bought the xbox controller adapter and they fixed all.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought this controller for the xbox as an open item, the ticket said it was in excellent condition and that means that it works and looks like new, I purchased it at a nearby Best Buy and took it home, when i opened the item it looked like a dog chewed on the controller plus several items were missing, I tought to myself that maybe i made a mistake and it was a way more than poor condition item, it was actually an item that shouldnt have been sold, on top of that the controllers serial number didn’t match the box that it came with, so someone swapped the boxes or the controller in the store and they put it on the sales floor like it was all good. Im not saying that all the open box items are messed up, im saying that a big company like Best Buy should have their employees retrained and pay close attention to what they are putting on the sales floor and don’t accept any trade-ins that are in horrible conditions.
