Stopped Working After 3 Months

The controller during game play kept pointing upwards similar to what occurred on the Xbox series 1 controller. I have lost all faith in purchasing Xbox elite controllers. I had the first generation which is just sitting around now because, I failed to put the geek squad protection on it. This controller feel much better but, after a while will stop working just as the previous version. Microsoft knows about this issue I am sure. Thank god, I purchased the protection this time around, don't waste money on this. I don't recommend.
