Neither of them were in "Excellent" condition, and were most likely never checked for quality before reselling as "Excellent" condition.

The only way I can play without disconnect is to hardwire to my PC, looked it up online and it's a common problem without purchasing an additional xbox wireless dongle. The right analog stick broke within 5 weeks of adult only casual gameplay. Now being outside of my BB warranty, trying to get a replacement from Microsoft is a nightmare. I have a $200 paperweight until I hear back from MS. Advice: Buy extended warranty for console use. Find one of the many other high end controllers for PC use available on the market.

Poor longevity

By January 2020 the left stick had gone bad, character either won't move for a couple of seconds after engaging the stick, or will continue moving after releasing the stick. Replaced the controller in January with a new one. By mid April, the same issue. For nearly 200 dollars, these controllers should hold up much better. My original controller that came with the Xbox lasted 2 years before going bad. These "elite" controllers are only lasting roughly 2 months. Not worth the money.
