Top notch build quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quality was apparent as soon as it was taken out of the package. Just wish the stock controllers were this nice.

Wouldn’t buy again
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sticks became loose and got stuck drift quickly. Lot of slop in the sticks because of the magnetic system used.

Needs improvement
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's hit or miss with these you either get a decent one or one with a flaw. Don't get me wrong it's a really nice controller but the not really reliable to a extent.

Money better spent elsewhere...
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve already had to ship of the controller for a replacement due to a sticky right bumper. Microsoft did replace it but I had to send the controller back first and wait for a replacement.

Horrendous Quality Control
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whether you get the elite or a standard controller expect something to be wrong with it the minute you take it out of the box. Over the past year I had to return 12 controllers from various retailers because there was some manufacture defect with it. Whether it was a button not registering a input or a analog stick drifting you will probably notice it right out of the box or within a few weeks of owning one and the elite 2 is no exception. You have been warned future buyers.

Can’t find a good controller
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Work good first time I used it but after that it was all downhill. Worst doesn’t charge right, I have to leave in order to play, because it turns off, and sometimes disconnects while playing mid game . Plus right thumb stick gets stuck

would not recommend for certain gamers
|Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] Honestly if you’re just playing elden ring or something I would just get a normal controller. I can see the advantage if you’re playing race games or call of duty though

Great controller with many issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the controller is excellent, there are many problems with it when it is connected to the PC through Bluetooth, it causes every game to lag badly. Additionally, the volume fluctuates on its own. Same outcome after trying it on three separate PCs. No luck after updating the controller. It only functions properly when linked through USB.

Poor quality control
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great controller -- if it worked properly. Had analog drift out of the box which was a recurrent problem I had with the original elite controller and hoped would be fixed with the new one.

Cheap quality
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible quality. This controller cost way to much for it to break after a month of use. Microsoft do better and stop the money grab. If you do buy this terrible controller, buy it with geek squad protection or you will be sorry. PlayStation controllers last years without messing up like these. I stop buying the regular controllers because I thought these would be better, it’s not. They won’t crack if they fall of the table, but the issue is game play. All I play is Madden and CoD. A lot of hit sticks and running. After a month the controllers will lag and die while playing or you see the screen move while you are not moving it. Most of the time after a hit stick tackle my controller dies and I have to power back on while in the middle of a game. In the past, I thought I was having issues because I didn’t keep them updated, that’s not it. The current one I have is updated weekly and I still have the same issue. I don’t think I will be wasting my money on these anymore. I will try other brands.
