Bought for my lol brother and broke in a month buttons stop functioning and analog stick will move up on its own , Best Buy only gives you 14 day warranty exchange and couldn’t replace my brothers controller and Xbox won’t do the warranty unless bought through Microsoft . So think about this . Maybe just us but it can happen to you too

I bought an excellent condition and it cames with white stains on the hand grips. I had to personally clean it was for a gift for xmas thankfully i checked before giving it out to him. Double check even with excellent condition.

Overall I like the feel and functionality of the controller. However the bumpers have problems and the right one won’t register. As well and you have to press super hard on the face buttons to register.

Would be better with some of the sualsense edge features

I bought an open box version of this product. It had not been inspected by best buy personal, stick drift was insane as if someone bought a new controller and returned their old in the new box.

This controller does well in functionality, but misses the mark in reliability. It is unacceptable that a controller at this price only lasted a year before it needed to be replaced. The issue I had was with the right bumper, it would stop working intermittently and occasionally stop working completely. I have controllers that came with the xbox 360 that still work just fine, so it is upsetting that this controller lasted 1 year of use vs 8 on the 360 controller. Also Best Buy’s “warranty” for this is not a real warranty it is an extended return policy and should be advertised as such. I went in to replace the controller and found out that the “warranty” was a one time deal and did not extend to the replacement controller. But I could pay another $50 to get a separate one. They also did not have any more in stock and I could not get my money back just a Best Buy gift card. In conclusion the elite series 2 was good for the time it worked but my advice would be to not use Best Buy and purchase somewhere with an actual warranty. After I use the store credit that was forced upon me I will not be using Best Buy again.

2 controllers, 2 duds. The first one had a bad y button. The second one had a bad x button, bad y button and a bad top back right hand paddle button. Unbelievable.

Its fine, but unless you are crazy prop with all kinds of button reconfigured then its def not worth the price bump.

Advertising and Promoting for SCUF Gaming from 2011-2019 I have play tested and used and my fair share of modified controllers, in which SCUF controllers and Elite controllers have lots of similarities. I by far approve of the SCUF elite series controllers and would highly recommend purchasing one, especially if your a competitive gamer

Great feel in the hand and I don’t play with anything else

Listen to the reviews this controller is terrible I received two of these controllers because the first one came broken straight out of the box and the second one had the same problem maybe I just got unlucky but I would say don’t take the chance at all
