Solid build and remote but once you’ve tried Scuf, xBox just can’t compare. Returned.

From parts breaking off from placing it on the charger, to the stick drift, to the bumper not working, this controller is supposed to be quality, but cheap knock off brand controllers are made better

Pre-ordered and was eagerly awaiting its arrival as my Gen1 had finally given up after more than 2 years of service (trigger stop broke). This unit was great while it worked. The finer hair triggers were amazing. This time it only took 6 months for the trigger stop to fail. $180 controller and it only has a 3 month warranty from MS.

Be careful with purchasing this controller. Microsoft has done a Terrible job with this controller the button stick after maybe a month. They’re never in stock so it’s hard to replace even if you go through Microsoft there a nightmare to deal with. I would not recommend this controller

The right thumb stick seemed to be stuck and it’d make my character randomly do a 360. I know there is a fix that involves pulling the controllers apart but that’s unacceptable at this price. Build quality and the charging case were great tho but I had to return it due to the issue above.

Xbox controllers aren’t made well and I thought this one would be an exception given how premium it looks and feels but after about two months the shoulder buttons quit working on it. If you ever buy an Xbox controller of any kind make sure you get the warranty on it because I promise you that something will go wrong with it in a couple of months. Im on my 5th Xbox controller now so I speak from experience. GET THE WARRANTY!!!

Easy use, and crisp handling. This controller is quite impressive. Yes, its on the expensive end, but its ready for the races out of the box; no additional mods/ attachments needed. Purchased for PC use, and its pretty much plug and play. You wont be disappointed.

I only had it for about 5 months before it started having stick drift and I barely ever even use it and have taken really good care of it.

Had for 6 month's and one of the buttons is going out already and I also purchased the 2 year coverage and they are making me come to the store to see if they can repair it. I live nearly 2 hours away so this was just a terrible purchase all together

Terrible experience. Bought less than 1 and a half months. Joystick is loose. You only have 15 days to return or exchange. $180 wasted.

Not as good as I had hopped. Also after every time i played i noticed a fain smoke smell as if I had just smoked a cigar or something (I am not a smoker) clearly the pervious owner was and that solidified my return. Poor overall experaince.

When I purchased this item it was working fine after using the trigger stops to not over use them it felt sticky Left trigger sticking after use for 1 week I can’t use the left trigger stop because it makes a weird sound when pushed down.

Break too easily. For the price these things should last much longer

Anyone that has an elite 2 controller. I just got mine on the 31st. Took it out the box and fully charged it. After first time of usiing it, it cut off almost 2 min after using it and wouldnt turn back on. Thinking it didnt charge correctly, i put it hack on the charger where it sat for a whole weekend. Even the light was solid on the battery indicator. I picked up the controller last night, verified it was at full charge and it cut off on me about 15 min in and wouldnt turn back on. The only way to turn back on is to plug it in, which states its at full charge. Contacted xbox and they are sending me a new one. I went to my local bestbuy and they didnt have another one in stock and told me the only way they can get another one is if i return mine and them order the new one. I dont understand why they couldnt just order a new one and me exchange it when it comes in, but o well. Guess ill see what xbox sends me.

Wonderful performance but horrible build. It gets stick drift very easily. Im on my 6th controller because it works sogo good WHEN IT WORKS. thousand dollars in the hole and still loving it.

Great until the joystick started messing up...had to replace within a year.

At first it was great, we were playing like the pros then it started to switch up. The panels jammed and wouldn’t reflect what I was doing on the screen. It’s works one day and can’t even use it the next.

Chalk me up as another person who had issues with the A button in particular out of the box. Just very flakey response and would sometimes release when it was still being held down. Seems to be a common issue on a very expensive controller. Returned.

Not happy at all , it’s been a month exactly and this controller is already having a problem with the B button
