I have Purchased the Xbox elite controller and the Xbox elite series 2 controller and both of them had to be replaced within eight months of purchase they are not worth $180 that I spent on each one sorry we have now moved to PlayStation

I had to return the first one because the y button didn’t work had to return the second one because the a button didn’t work. For 179.99 it should be flawless very disappointing

I’ve bought two of these controllers and had to return both. They both came with so much stuck drift they were unusable, and one came with a broken A button.

I have now bought 2 of these remotes and they both have an insane amount of stick drift. You can only negate the dead zone by so much before there is no stick response at all. You would think Microsoft would have designed a better remote by now.

I purchased this just before Christmas, but only got around to opening it today. Right out of the box, the right trigger was stuck in a position that continuously activates the key press. Disappointing to have this issue straight away.

I’m on my 10th or so Xbox elite series 2 controller. They are great until they are not, which is why I have had so many. They usually start getting stick drift around 6-10 months in with normal use (avg 3-5 hour gaming sessions about 3-4 times a week). I always get the Best Buy protection and just come swap for a new one after it starts drifting, and just buy a new plan for the replacement knowing it’s going to happen to that one too. Wish they would upgrade these to TMR sticks to eliminate the drifting issues and this would be hands down the best controller to game on.

Great when it works but broke after just a few months.

DO NOT BUY - BUTTON STICKING AND STICK DRIFT AFTER JUST DAYS OF USE

I dislike this product because did not work very well for me, The keys i pressed were not synchronized to the video game.

Good but buggie, I just wish the price was cheaper

 The stick drift on this controller is so bad it makes FPS is unplayable it will literally move your aim making you lose multiple gun battles not worth at all

Its nice enough. Not in my opinion worth the money.

Controller was in ok condition, however have reason to believe that the product was previously owned. I paid full price for a brand new controller, and one of the code for xbox live game pass had been previously used, not exactly something you’d expect from a “brand new” product

This is easily my favorite xbox controller. I haven't reached my 1 year mark quite yet and my left stick is drifting and my right bumper no longer works. Given that this was an almost $200 controller, I didn't think I'd need a warranty and it would last longer than a year. The standard warranty was 90 days from Microsoft and their only recourse is to try for a "standard exchange" for $100 and apparently those are getting denied as well. It's super disappointing because I baby my electronics but this controller did not even hold up to regular use.

I couldnt belive the price on the controller but my buddy swears by how good it is. I should of took pictures, One night of fc24 and the metal was from the thimbsticks was grinding and had an awful feel to it. You coukd see the scratch marks. It’s jsut like the plastic controller that grind and the plastic becomes powdery. Anyhow i thouht steel sticks would fix it and it did not. Not only that but theres no quick capture button which should be standard now.

I think MS does a great job with hardware and was very excited to get the new controller. But for me the size and location for triggers and also the seams of the plastic left my hand with blisters. I have not had blisters from a game control before. Bummer, I wanted to like this. For the cost I can not recommend it.

If you are a casual gamer this is a great controller. If you game competetively or game on a frequent basis this controller will not last a year. I have had two of them. They get stick drag, bumpers fall off or stop working.

The only thing that separates the Elite Series 2 and this one is this model doesn’t come with the charging case. So if you’re looking for the charging case either buy the original Elite Series 2 or you can buy the compatability pack for an extra $50

These controllers are all trash. I bought this and the core version and both of them the the same issue the regular controllers have. Bumper button fail. You think if you spend 100s of yout hard earned cash for a good product tye outcome would be better than paying for that regular 50 dollas controller. Might aswell buy the power A controller simve that has lasted longer than the elite controllers

Worst customer support ever! three attempts and 240 miles later I'm out an extra $$ for gas and now I don't have the controller I'll because of customer service they tell you one thing on the phone and then when you show up to the store they tell you something else Yes, I would recommend his controller if you bought it anywhere else
