Pretty upset with the durability of this product. If you buy it, get the protection plan. I have had to send mine in twice already to Microsoft.

It was used and missing the triggers that attach in the back.

This controller was a large let down for me on PC, the 4 paddles on the back of the controller only let you remap buttons and cannot be their own buttons. The software is garbage, it only lets you remap buttons when your controller is pluged in and your controller will hard disconnect whenever it is unplugged. Not worth the money at all

Said it was open box i only got a controller nothing else nothing more.

Sleek controller but way too expensive, need to pay more to actually customize it and use extra triggers, and right bumper already broken in less than a year.

This will be my third elite controller, I dont know why I keep buying them and they usually break after the warranty expires.

It started showing immediate wear and tear and buttons do not feel like they should

The first Elite controller did me good and lasted 5 years before I started having sticky buttons so I decided to go with the Elite 2. After reading many negative reviews, I figured what are the chances that I'll get one too....oh boy. I played my first game and I noticed I wasn't jumping at times and yup, my "A" button was not registering. It's a hit or miss and depends on the angle if that makes sense. Really nice controller but not worth the $180. Boys and Girls please listen to the reviews. You will get a faulty controller out of the box!

Expensive controller but lacking build reliability. The bumper press is registered using a flimsy piece of plastic and a very janky tactile switch setup involving an odd piece of film. Many users report having to replace switch and bumpers conatantly. Repairs are doable but then you are no longer covered by warranty. If you want a controller for pc gaming just get a ps5 controller. This controller is not that reliable and is not worth the money to many glitches

i have had this controller for 6 weeks and already right trigger is already sticking. Now Microsoft wants me to send it in and be without my $180 plus tax 200 dollar controller for 4-5 weeks. Unreal

Don't buy it. Poor design = stick drift. Class action brought up against MS for selling elite with this problem (public knowledge).

Not even 30 days can’t return and has stuck drift and right bumper doesn’t work

Bumper last go out every 3 months 4th one in a year that being said there so good I can’t help myself but keep buys more

So I was totally upset with this purchase because I was told by a Best Buy employee that it came with the carrying case and extra buttons got it home and was just the controller like ok great

My controllers left trigger has something wrong with it where it doesn’t always register trigger pulls, and my Y button sticks, very upsetting when spending this much money on a controller....

I got distracted by the color This isn't the regular style

Store experience was horrible. Upper management should be embarrassed to keep brick and mortar open if all their stores look like jails for products

Got it on sale for a christmas present and my little brother loves it! It doesnt come with paddle attachments but they’re super cheap on amazon.

I have 2 of these. On the first one, the up on the left joystick doesn't work. You have to move it around in the up position to get it to move forward. The second one the left bumper started sticking and now you have to press it really hard to get it to work. You'd think for $180 you'd get a quality controller, but it's just a regular junk controller with some extra buttons and grips.
