    Inaccurate magnetic sticks

    The magnetic sticks make the controller very inaccurate for FPS games. Would not recommend, stick to buying a Scuf for the same price.

    Broke apart JUST like the first one, warranty is horrible. I've purchased BOTH version 1 and 2 of this control and I am disappointed in Microsoft.

    We’ve used it since 12/25 and it’s 1/17 and not working. It was a great controller while it lasted.

    5 months of gameplay and the left stick drifts and doesn’t respond to presses. Second elite controller with drift and stick issues. Terrible product.

    Left stick stopped working after 5 months with minimal use. Microsoft won't fix it because it only has a 90 day warranty, even though this is a known issue.

      We're sorry that there's an issue with your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. To ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we are extending the warranty coverage period on Elite Series 2 Controllers from 90 days to 1 year from the date of purchase.

      This extension will apply retroactively for Elite Series 2 Controllers sold to date. If you incurred repair costs to service your Elite Series 2 controller, you will be issued a refund by Microsoft before October 31, 2020.

    This product is very bad, I had so much hope in the Gen 2 because my Gen 1 works to date, but I have had nothing but problems since I bought this product.

    About 3 months after purchase controller will not hold a charge. Very disappointing considering the cost. Would not recommend.

    I will never purchase another open box item from Best Buy! I purchased Microsoft - Elite Series 2 Core Wireless Controller for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S - White in the open box EXCELLENT. The item came without any accessories. When I called Best Buy's customer service I was told I couldn't return the item I would have to go to the store and when you purchase open box items there is no guarantee all the accessories will be included! However if you check on the website it states that in EXCELLENT condition all accessories are included. Clearly they don't honor what they state. I now have to waste gas money driving back and forth to the closest store. Buying the open box didn't actually save me any money. I expected better quality from Best Buy.

    Terrible product. Joy stick no longer works after just 3 months. It's really unfortunate I cannot get a refund for such a poorly made product.

    Was not brand new. I was sent a previously used controller. Box sticker seal was broken. Controller inside had visible dirtiness and usage.
