Best controller on the market???
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, so I am returning this but only because I found a custom one at a convention today. My experience with these controllers is that they far exceed all others in quality and versatility! Love these and will always return to the Xbox elites for gaming.

Amazing possibilities, terrible build quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife purchased this for me for Christmas 2019. I use it as my primary controller for games on the PC where using a controller is easier. Ive put maybe 25 hours of time on it since Christmas and just this week the Right Trigger sticks and starts to register inputs twice. This also happens with the A and Y buttons at times. Thankfully she got me the PSP and I'll be able to get another one, but you'd think that after this being the second iteration of this type of controller, and with all the problems that the Elite 1 had, that MS would be able to get this right. The problem causing the sticking sound with the triggers is a little cushioned pad that at times can relocate itself and flip, so instead of dampening sound when the trigger releases, it instead causes it to stick and make sounds. How could this even pass QC before mass release? Hopefully BestBuy gets more in stock so I can get this replaced soon, as well as MS having fixed this design flaw on their end with the newer releases.

AWESOME
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks beast, works absolutely fine no issues at all. High quality product, and yes you should not even second guess buying this. The rubberized grips keep the controller from slipping easy. The color is very nice as well. It comes in a nice box too. Delivery was not an issue at all.

Its very delicate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love that you can fine tune this high quality controller, however be aware that fine tuning is also its biggest weakness. The buttons will get stuck or not work when pressed over the course of use. The A and RB still dont work for me unless I hard press, and that is a pain for shooters. I would recommend this contoller if you are ok sending it back to Microsoft for repairs on a regular basis.

Would not recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very sceptical to get the elite 2. I burned through 2 elite 1's very quickly. The grips fell off and the bumpers broke.... But, when working... The controller was amazing. I was hoping that things would get better. I have owned my elite 2 for less than a year now. The stick drift is pretty bad, the "grips" aren't grippy, and the left bumper works 50% if the time at best. I can live with the stick drift. A good cleaning would probably fix that. I love the concept of their grip vs the last model, but it feels slippery. I recently picked up a scuff controller and it is glued to your hand... It's amazing. And finally yes... The bumper has failed. This is simply unacceptable. It's less than a year old. I do play alot, but I certainly don't gorilla grip my controller. I'm pretty upset about this. The very best part is... Best buy is out of stock with no known restock date... So the extra warranty that I purchased, just in case this controller was as bad as the elite 1, is now worthless. Jokes on me...

Best controller out there with bad testing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is tough. Let me preface this by saying the controller is the best controller on the market. From feel to responsiveness. MC did great with the grips, with buttons mashing, and the analog sticks. The paddles are also somewhat better from the 1. I like the position and the size of the bottom paddles, but i felt the top paddles were slightly too small. The problem: I tried three of these controllers. Each time I had to return it. The first time the case wasn’t attached properly and there was a wire sticking out and when you pushed it in the case still wouldn’t sit right and the wire could push out. Also, the Y double mashed. The other two just had buttons that were unresponsive sometimes. If you get a controller with no issues, it’s 5 stars for sure, but I can’t go try again.

M$ 3lite 2
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you own M$ Elite controller one , dont pay extra for paddels as they also fit Elie Controller 2. You can swap everything if you mmow how to pop it apart if you have design on controller 1. Micro$oft did way better job on 2nd Elite Controller as you can tighten the Sticks so look goof in box it has wrech for it , lots of people actually threw it away , if you did jjst buy mkcro tools to take apart conteoller and cell phones and that one will work. If you need to know how to take apart Look on youtube also they chow you how to take apart XBox Series X & S to clean inside if you have ewww Cats they leave hair in it alot if they law by it
